23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Incredible service from Aston White from start to finish. Martin was great. Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in Billericay, I would suggest speaking with Aston White first. We tried a local estate agent before, and you couldn’t even compare the two.

22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I recently moved into a new rented flat on High Street, Southend-on-Sea, and I'm very happy with it. The location is excellent, everything I need is nearby, and the flat is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It has been a great place to live, and my experience so far has been very positive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.
27th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

Nicola was in contact with both solicitors and made sure that the whole process ran smoothly and everyone was on the ball. Great team and if I ever have to sell a property again, I will happily use Temme English.

Not only are they very professional and ensure they look after your interests, but they are genuinely very nice people, not at all pushy and all nice people. They have moved away from the traditional hard sell estate agent , they work with huge knowledge and quiet confidence. I was in touch on a day to day basis with Rose Belcher who whilst only described as a Trainee Letting Negotiator, did a very professional job keeping me advised on progress and so warrants a promotion! I am happy with the efficient service I experienced from Abbotts......you will be too.

He gave us honest, accurate advice and explained the market clearly. He also shared very interesting statistics that helped us understand how buyers behave and why certain approaches work. Everything he told us was backed by real knowledge and proved to be true.<br><br>Matt kept me updated throughout the process, sometimes more than once a day, and provided ongoing encouragement, advice and support.
