4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)From my first interaction with Mark when I booked a valuation I already got a good feeling about the agency, and I wasn't wrong.<br>Reece worked with me to list my property, get me an offer and keep the process moving towards completion. From the first meeting to value the property Reece was very diligent, professional and on the ball.<br>He did an amazing job supporting me throughout the process, including helping out with my stuff when I was getting my photos done, and he helped me to navigate some tricky moments along the way.<br>I've also got to give a shout-out to Mark who helped me to get the sale over the line when we hit some challenges towards the end.<br>I felt very supported throughout the process, and both of these gents are very personable too, which definitely makes a difference for me - it's always nice to feel like a human, versus a transaction that needs completing. :)<br>In addition, I love that a portion of their fees goes to a great cause. I think that says a lot about the agency, and its people.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is selling their property. :)

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’m not looking to rent my property straight away however I’ve visited a few agents to discuss my situation, when I’ve let other agent know this I felt the immediate lack of disinterest however this wasn’t the case walking into John D Wood Richmond and speaking to Anton. I Will 100% be letting my house with them.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Had an absolutely appalling experience with Ben the Head of Lettings and Molly the negotiator. We were misled and coerced towards making a certain offer. Even though an offer mad made there were lies and a complete lack of transparency in the way our offer was handled. The lies continued while trying to justify their position. A subject access request has been raised to prove their lies and a formal complaint is being made with progression to the ombudsman. Unfortunately we’re still left in the detrimental position without the property, with no responsibility or accountability being accepted by the agents. Sean is genuinely supportive and listen to what you’re looking for as well as ensuring the best value is achieved on the sell side. Claire was invaluable in the final stages in supporting the documentation process.

Their knowledge, guidance, and excellent communication gave us confidence every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble and they managed to sell our house quickly and efficiently.<br><br>We feel fortunate to have had John and Jess guide us through the selling process and would not hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They were excellent throughout and really went above and beyond, with wonderful marketing and photography, professional viewings and an efficient offer process. They achieved around twenty viewings in a week and multiple offers at a time when other agents may be slow and struggling.<br><br>I was also a landlord for around ten years using Greenwoods to manage the property.<br><br>With both sales and lettings, Peter Greenwood has an exceptional knowledge and understanding of properties and the market. If ever there was an issue, which required his higher level of expertise and gravitas, he would step in to resolve. We knew we could rely on him and his dedication and professionalism.<br><br>With lettings negotiations and management, Indiana was fantastic and always keen to achieve the best outcome.<br><br>Scott is a star and really brilliant too.<br><br>Thanks to Greenwoods for all their hard work and great relationship for the last decade! A pleasure to work with.

They were always quick to respond to our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful moving-out process much easier and smoother.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their prompt support when arranging our early move-out, the check-out process, and the return of our deposit. Everything was handled fairly and efficiently, and we were very pleased to receive our full deposit back.<br><br>A special thank you to Indiana and Fabjola for their excellent service and support. We would definitely recommend Greenwoods to anyone looking for a professional and helpful letting agent.

I had four estate agents coming to value the house, and when Sam arrived on a rainy day wearing stiletto sandals and a big warm honest smile, I knew she was the one for us.<br>She was wonderful and understood from the start that there was history there for us after 60 years, and that it mattered to us who bought it and whether they would respect the house.<br>Sam brought warmth, communication and a sense of humour to what is never a particularly enjoyable process. Any questions were answered almost immediately, and her advice at key points was always sound. I trusted her completely and felt in very safe hands.<br>Until now I've not had a great opinion of estate agents but Sam has given me faith. I would recommend her 100%.<br>Thank you Sam and the rest of the team.
