She was quick to respond to my many questions on text and the most I waited was half an hour for a response which is amazing based off some estate agents nowadays! She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

9th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Had an absolutely appalling experience with Ben the Head of Lettings and Molly the negotiator. We were misled and coerced towards making a certain offer. Even though an offer mad made there were lies and a complete lack of transparency in the way our offer was handled. The lies continued while trying to justify their position. A subject access request has been raised to prove their lies and a formal complaint is being made with progression to the ombudsman. Unfortunately we’re still left in the detrimental position without the property, with no responsibility or accountability being accepted by the agents. Ben was not only hugely diligent, but he also supported the process with real care and attention to detail — which was important, as we don’t live locally. He sourced and secured new tenants within a week, and they moved in the following week. Fantastic job, and we would fully recommend him. With particular reference to helping me with a change in tenancy and identifying a new tenant I have found Ashton Darwell-Taylor to be particularly helpful - highly responsive and always replies to correspondence with no delays or hesitation, and proactive in bringing alerts to me or matters to my attention. An outstanding service and I would highly recommend both Chartwell and Ashton.

They’re an independent business and it really shows — they’re completely different from the stereotypical estate agent. No hard sell, no nonsense, just genuinely lovely, normal people who actually care and go the extra mile.<br><br>They’ve been brilliant throughout both the rental and sale process, and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them.<br><br>Would 100% recommend Village Properties to anyone looking to rent or sell!

18th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.
