Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I instructed James Anderson after being impressed by the proactive marketing strategy discussed at the outset, particularly the targeted buyer activity, wider office network, grouped viewings and detailed weekly reporting. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match those expectations. The initial marketing felt rushed, with simple mistakes such as the property not appearing through the search function on their own website, and the overall strategy didn't align with what had been promised at the outset. Despite raising my concerns repeatedly, I didn't see the level of proactive activity I had expected. Although the agreed strategy and marketing activity had not yet been fully delivered, and we were also in the holiday period, I was being encouraged to reduce the price after just four weeks. When I didn't agree to this, I saw little evidence of further activity to generate viewings, with the focus continuing to come back to price. I also asked for specific marketing changes, including refreshed photography and floorplans, and greater visibility of buyer enquiries and follow-up activity. These were not delivered as expected, and the reporting remained largely generic Rightmove statistics rather than giving me a clear picture of the activity behind the figures. The team were pleasant to deal with and I have no criticism of them personally, but ultimately the service did not match what was discussed when I instructed them, and I decided to terminate the instruction.
10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

I found him to be calm, always punctual, supportive, and strategic and good at problem solving. As a result I am very pleased with the outcome.

Great advice on marketing strategy and pricing, which resulted in us agreeing the deal off market within 48 hours of first viewings. Very impressive and would highly recommend.

4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Really an Outstanding Estate Agent - Particularly the "dream" team of Alan, Simon and John - they were all able to handle any query or issue I had along the way immediately and gave excellent advise - If I was them I would have got fed up of me turning up every couple of days to their office to check progress but they always answered and dealt with any issue I had very professionally and in a friendly and approachable manner - When they were talking to potential Buyers and Other Solicitors they really did have my interests as a priority - Can't recommend them enough, you really need to use this Agent if you are Selling you house in the Chessington area

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. 18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

Issues are resolved quickly and professionally and their communication is second to none.<br><br>I want to specifically call out the wonderful work of Francesca, who has looked after us for the last few years. We had a very complex situation this year with our buildings water supply and Francesca was empathetic, supportive and most importantly super effective at ensuring we were looked after as tenants during a very stressful time! We really valued the kindness.<br><br>I’d highly recommend renting through Benham and Reeves if you want to avoid the horrors of renting that we all hear about - this team does it the right way!

21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I sold a flat through Winkworth's Putney office and was incredibly well looked after by Russell White and Bell Groves. Russell has years of experience and so much knowledge of the area. I was so grateful to be guided by him and was very happy to get a cash offer on the table after only having had the property on the market for 3 weeks. Bell was always available to help me with any questions that came up and was instrumental in making sure that the sale went through smoothly. I am delighted with the friendly and competent service that I received and couldn't recommend Russell and Bell highly enough.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
