He did several viewings with the buyers to make sure they were comfortable and kept me updated the whole way through. He is an absolute gentleman and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

He was very helpful and made the whole process smooth.<br><br>Jason has been incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. He is always quick to respond to my emails and has been very reliable when dealing with documents, tenancy matters and any questions I had after moving in. When I had a few minor issues after moving in, he followed up promptly with the relevant contractor and made sure everything was resolved properly.<br><br>I would also like to mention Michael, who was very patient and helpful when I needed assistance with the online signing process through Goodlord. He took the time to guide me through the process and resolve the issue.<br><br>Overall, I have found the team at Tuckerman Residential to be professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Tuckerman Residential.

We approached Realm a year ago with some very specific requirements and location for a family house purchase. Their professionalism and and local knowledge was excellent resulting in us being delighted with the purchase we have made off market and the team at Realm made the process extremely easy from start to finish.

4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. 24th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I would highly recommend Tennison Property as a letting agent. All the staff are very professional and have excellent interpersonal skills. I have used other letting agents in the past but none have managed my property as well. They carefully vetted the tenants and maintained full and reliable control of the property. They ensured I was up to speed with changes in property law and advised how best to proceed in light of the changes, I am delighted that they are still managing my property.
24th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)PSA for prospective buyers: based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone purchasing a new-build or renovated property through Nicholls Residential to carry out thorough due diligence on the developer involved.<br><br>I purchased a property marketed through Nicholls and developed by N. Khan / Goldstar Real Estate. A professional snagging inspection later identified a substantial number of defects, and I have since experienced prolonged difficulty getting agreed remedial works completed.<br><br>While the developer is ultimately responsible for the build quality and remedial works, Nicholls have been copied into my email correspondence from the outset, so they are aware of the ongoing issues. I am also happy to provide evidence of the communication history and attempts made to resolve matters if required.<br><br>For me, an estate agent's willingness to market properties for a particular developer is relevant information when deciding whether to purchase through them, particularly where the agent has subsequently been made aware of significant post-completion concerns.<br><br>My advice to prospective buyers would be to commission an independent snagging/building inspection, research the developer carefully, get all remedial promises in writing, and check the warranty and after-sales arrangements before committing.

He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. His open, transparent and proactive approach made everything straightforward and seamless, which made a real difference. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.

Our first offer was at asking price which we were really pleased with - and the communication throughout was amazing and it all felt very stress free (which was important as I am heavily pregnant). Allie was always there to help - recommending removal companies (who were amazing), advising on various other elements of the sale, and showing us around lots of houses in the area as we decided on our next move.<br><br>I would use Rampton Baseley and Allie again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
