10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

I am especially thankful for the help and assistance from Kira in managing my flat. Always so helpful and she always comes up with a plan to deal with any issues that arise. 4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. His open, transparent and proactive approach made everything straightforward and seamless, which made a real difference. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property.

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!
