27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had such a positive experience with MBL Estates. From viewing the flat right through to the two years we lived there, they were always so kind, helpful and responsive. They were always quick to sort out any issues whenever they arose, although thankfully there were very few.<br><br>They were also so flexible and supportive when we were moving out of the flat to buy our first home, which we really appreciated during what was quite a big transition for us.<br><br>A lovely family-run business and a pleasure to deal with - thanks so much to Grace and the team for all your support over the last couple of years!

They are ultra quick in arranging repairs if something breaks. Always willing to go the extra mile. They offer the personalised approach that you don't get with big agents. 10 out of 10

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. 21st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.
12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not only did we sell through Spenser residential but we bought through them too!<br><br>Selling:: Jamie went above and beyond regarding viewings, times that suited both the buyers and us, He really took his time getting the right photos and researching our area, he was informative, honest and was always reachable directly when you needed him as opposed to getting passed from pillar to post with an agent!<br>He kept us informed the whole way through our sale (and it was a long one) he remained positive, patient and invested , he even kept on top of the legal side to help us get our sale over the line!<br><br>Buying:: After our onward property falling through very close to exchange via another agent we had a chain of buyers and no house to go to…..we were at the point of giving up when Jamie and Brooke went out and leaflet dropped at a number of houses we liked in area in the hope they could repair the chain for us all , and that they did!! ??????<br>We found our dream home from a very lovely family Brooke put us in touch with , and the last bit ran ever so smoothly, thanks to the updates and communication from Spensers!<br><br>I can’t thank them enough,<br>And I can’t recommend them highly enough either!<br><br>They really do care!
