20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Simpson, and in particular Ali Carter, over a 14-year tenancy at Upper Cheyne Row in Chelsea and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. Ali has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, always approachable, efficient, and thoughtful in her communication. Over such a long tenancy, what stood out most was the level of trust, continuity, and mutual respect maintained on all sides. The recent end of tenancy process was handled seamlessly and in a very fair and constructive manner, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency over such a long period, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and the wider Russell Simpson team to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed experience in Prime Central London. 17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was informed that my offer was accepted via WhatsApp from Chante, and was told they would take off the listing online for me. I was also never asked for a holding deposit which is usually the way to handle an accepted offer, so I thought it was very strange that they told me the listing would be taken down. When I asked for any updates, I would be left with “I’ll call you in 10” but was never called and left with no response. I called the office multiple times and hung up on multiple times. When I shared my frustration with their manager, Pavlo, they were confused why I was under the impression that I had the flat bc in their records show there was no offer accepted. Never received an apology. Only excuses as to why Chante was responding the way she did. Unprofessional and very unresponsive company. I can only imagine what it might be like as a tenant with any concerns if they’re like this from the beginning.
25th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)????- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. 21st Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout.
