9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

7th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)If there were 6 stars that's what I'd give this place! A really gorgeous hotel in the best location you could wish for in London. The hotel itself is cosy but not small, the rooms are really beautiful and great care has been taken to ensure they are really comfortable and clean. In addition to that the staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back!!!

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

From start to finish, Sophie and Lance were absolutely amazing and made a stressful process so easy!<br><br>Being a small, family-run business really sets them apart. The service was so much more personal, genuine and caring. They were always approachable, easy to contact and happy to help, no matter how big or small the question.<br><br>What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. We never felt like just another customer or transaction. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed, offering reassurance and making us feel like we were in safe hands.<br><br>It’s rare to find a business that combines such professionalism with a truly personal touch. You can tell they take real pride in what they do and genuinely want the best for their clients.<br><br>We couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. 21st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.

They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. They also have excellent knowledge of the local area. Thank you so much Matt for making a stressful time a lot less stressful!!
12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
