Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Kristel Lehtla was able to find an amazing tenant for our apartment in a matter of one afternoon, she is very diligent provides amazing advise, is extremely responsive and very friendly. She immediately understood our needs and requirements for renting our property and she found the perfect match Kristel made this process so seamless and smooth, we are hugely grateful for her support. I can’t imagine an easier process than this one. Thanks a million Kristel, you’ are a superstar!!

Always responsive and happy to answer any queries - no matter how small. Jacob listened carefully to all our needs and found us two great properties we could progess with. We have no hesitation to recommend TLC based at Earls Court.

From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always available for one-on-one follow-up whenever needed. What really stood out was how well he balanced the relationship between us as buyers and his client, the seller, ensuring the process remained smooth, fair, and transparent throughout. Allan constantly checked in on the progress of the mortgage process and stayed in direct contact with the mortgage brokers, solicitors, building manager, and everyone else involved, which made the entire experience far less stressful for us. He is highly organised, proactive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. They really leaned in, and were proactive on all fronts - I couldn’t be more grateful!

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
