Namely Harriet, Lorraine and Gina. We have always relied on them for recommendations for service people and they haven’t let us down. We are so grateful to them and they come highly recommended.

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.

He successfully found us a buyer 4 days later so that we were able to secure a property we had seen. We are now in the capable hands of Kevin & the Solicitor they recommended & feel happy to go away for 3 weeks while it all proceeds. Many thanks for your guidance Ollie

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

28th May 2026 (22 days ago)We recently used Oakfield on the sale and purchase of our current/new home and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Managing a sale and a purchase at the same time is incredibly stressful as most will know but Jo our Sales Progressor made the entire process seamless. On the marketing side, Shelley got us our asking price for our property within 2 weeks of being live with plenty of viewings on that first crucial week. What impressed us most was their communication, they kept the entire chain moving, coordinating everything between all parties and kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you all for your help. Moving from Manchester to Bexhill was made easier by Mel and her team, not only were they professional, proactive, and supportive throughout the entire process but extremely friendly. Their communication was excellent, keeping us updated at every stage and helping to resolve any issues quickly. We still call into their office for local advice and they are more than happy to chat with us. A big thank you to the Bexhill Estates team

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.
