From my very first viewing right through to completion, Darren was incredibly responsive - I could message him with a question at almost any hour and he'd get back to me quickly with a clear, honest answer. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout what can normally be quite a stressful process, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. If you're buying, selling or letting property, ask for Darren -- he'll take great care of you.
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole purchasing process and played such a big part in helping us secure our dream property.<br><br>Helen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and was on hand to give really insightful advice throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier!<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful that Helen played a part in helping us get there!

I would especially recommend Harry Shaw who is extremely efficient and goes above and beyond for his clients. The head of the sales team Ian Barrett also personally reached out to me several times to check in and made me feel like a very valued client. Thank you to Chestertons for all their hard work, I highly recommend them.

13th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.<br><br>My experience with Coopers of London, particularly dealing with Mr. William Delaney and Anne Hughes, was appalling. I would strongly urge prospective tenants to think twice before renting a property managed by this agency.<br><br>We experienced serious disrepair involving leaks, water damage, pest concerns, and months of disruptive construction work. Despite documenting the problems extensively with photographs, videos, and emails, communication was repeatedly confrontational and dismissive rather than constructive or professional.<br><br>We endured more than three months of building works while continuing to pay full rent, even though parts of the property — including the bathroom — were unusable. Their proposed solution? We were told to use the bathroom at a nearby gym. Workers also stole and damaged personal belongings when we were not in the property and despite raising these concerns agency deliberately chose to enter the property without our authorization.<br><br>The handling of access to the property was equally concerning. There were repeated attempts to arrange or obtain access without what I considered proper consent or reasonable coordination, causing significant stress and disruption.<br><br>One incident during COVID was particularly shocking. As an asthmatic tenant concerned about unnecessary exposure, I asked that property viewings take place while we were present and provided several alternative time slots. Rather than treating those concerns respectfully, William Delaney described my medical concerns in writing as “spurious” and proceeded with a viewing despite our objection.<br><br>Throughout the tenancy, I felt there was an extraordinary lack of accountability, empathy, and basic professionalism. Instead of feeling that serious problems with our home were being addressed, we repeatedly found ourselves having to document issues, chase responses, and defend perfectly reasonable concerns.<br><br>This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency.<br><br>I cannot recommend Coopers of London under any circumstances. If you value respectful communication, proper handling of maintenance problems, and a professional relationship with the people managing your home, my advice is simple: RUN AWAY and find another agency.

He was patient with our questions, straight with his advice, and clearly knew the local market inside out.<br><br>When the flat needed renovating, he pointed us towards good contractors and worked around our timeline rather than rushing us. When the Renters' Rights Act changed the picture, he took the time to explain exactly what it meant for letting versus selling, so we could make the right decision as a family rather than a quick one.<br><br>He stayed with us from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion in July 2026, and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. This was a challenging period for my family, and James and his team handled it with real professionalism and care.<br><br>Thank you James. We would recommend Wild & Co. without hesitation.
11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Updated: Stop asking people to 'raise a ticket'.<br><br>We are customers of businesses at the facility you are supposed to be managing. We are not going to 'raise' anything.<br><br>Get your management person or people working and stop trying to hide behind bureaucracy in order to avoid your responsibilities.<br><br>If you do not address this situation in a now timely fashion, we are going to report regus to Westminster City Council Health and Safety at https://www.westminster.gov.uk/businesses/health-and-safety-work.<br><br>Stop attempting to avoid this issue and get it fixed. NOW.<br><br>ORIGINAL REVIEW:<br><br>Poorly maintained facility.<br><br>The air conditioning in the venue is either incapacitated or non-existent. Either way, this requires tutors run portable units at all times which interferes with lecture audio on quieter units.<br><br>The toilets are terrible. Almost none of the stairwell toilets ever seem to be in order and accessible except for one. Actual floor toilets are disgusting; the male toilets are almost unusable with feces on the porcelain and in some cases on the seats.<br><br>Individual rooms are more or less clean but considering the overall state of the venue against the cost this is not much of an incentive to return.

She had a key role in the transaction and actually made it happen despite a very delayed timeline and some unhelpful roadblocks in between - she was always available, and always trying to bring everyone and everything together, with amazing communication throughout and one clear focus on getting the deal over the finish line. Stellar job from her side I must say. Very glad she was involved and will happily go back to her for any future property endeavours!
19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)We had lovely stay at this property. It is an excellent location close to tube and bus stops, shops and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms were perfect size for our family. The flat was well stocked, had clear instructions and recommendations were provided and communication with James was excellent. James went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
