From the very beginning, Vas has been incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process of finding my new flat. Communication has been excellent, and he has always kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I needed clarification on anything.<br><br>Moving to London is a really big step for me and Vas made the entire experience feel so much easier and less overwhelming. He kept us updated at every stage and really helped to smooth over the back-and-forth on a few contract points with the seller's side. He was always quick to respond and clearly worked to keep things moving forward, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. We'd happily recommend Jamie and the team at Paramount to anyone buying in the area.

25th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

She was quick to organize viewings and was a good negotiator, helped us getting our offer accepted in record time.<br>?Since this was a corporate let, there was a lot of complex paperwork, but Jen and her team managed it all effortlessly. She also helped us arrange with move-in requests like moving furnitures around the flat which was a huge help as we are new to the UK. Even when we bombarded her with questions on the weekends, she was always there to help. Thank you, Jen, for making our first UK renting experience so positive!<br><br>Update: another ?5-star service from Circa! Huge appreciation to both Tianna and Jessica for being so proactive and attentive. We recently had issues with a tap and a faulty light switch, and they handled the repairs seamlessly and without any delay. Dealing with property maintenance can often be stressful, but they made the whole process effortless. Thank you both for the stellar support!

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile.
