Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

Earlier this year, they helped me found a lovely house on the same street!! I am super grateful for their work. Jo is a wonderful lady at GG, she is super responsive and always provides insightful advices.

The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence

6th May 2026 (1 day ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!

From the very first conversation they understood how urgent the sale was — we needed to sell Mum’s house quickly to cover her care home fees. Shannon and Hussain were absolutely brilliant throughout. They marketed the property professionally, secured a buyer within just 4 days, and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their calm, proactive approach and excellent communication helped us complete the whole process in only 6 weeks. 22nd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Avoid Foxtons Ealing. When my original landlord lost the property due to unpaid loans and a new landlord took over, the branch was completely unhelpful. I was given poor guidance and left to deal with the situation myself. To make matters worse, after moving out I’ve been unable to recover my deposit, even though it was paid to Foxtons in the first place. There was no proper support, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Been a couple of months and I can’t get my deposit back and no response from Foxtons apart from keep paying the landlord who doesn’t own the place anymore? Thankfully the new landlord was helpful but I still can’t get my deposit from the original landlord. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
