The woman dealing with us had an attitude and when we were trying to sort things out she threw the paperwork at us. She was shouting at us and giving abuse and told us to leave for asking questions. So rude and unprofessional. And that was the manager.

8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. It felt like we were being treat like criminals and we had to prove our innocence. Apart from that, it would be 5 stars.
