17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)After almost 10 weeks of searching for a rental property and spending a small fortune on short lets, we finally found the perfect home through Foxtons.<br><br>From the very beginning, the entire team was responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Patricia, who was an absolute superstar throughout the process. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and made what had been a stressful property search feel incredibly straightforward.<br><br>We went from viewing the property to moving in within just 7 days, which was far quicker than we ever expected. The communication and transparency throughout the process were excellent, and we always knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>After such a long and frustrating search, Foxtons made the experience seamless. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and would recommend them without hesitation. 10/10.
28th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)All communication was very good. Good service from everyone I dealt with. Valuations was an over selling price , but was similar to another agent, so not unrealistic. Perhaps the market was lower than expected.
29th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

He has always replied promptly, taken the time to answer every question thoroughly and gone out of his way to obtain documents and information needed by our solicitors.<br><br>Nothing has ever been too much trouble, despite the many requests made during the legal process.
