22nd Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)I have worked with Irwin & Scott over the past 18 months, during which time they rented, managed and ultimately sold my property, which has recently completed. The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

25th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Property was on market for a year had two prospective buyers who pulled - Once Perry ( Branch Manager Sutton ) took over with his expertise and knowledge property was soon put back on market - was sold in three weeks by Thomas they both worked as a team guiding me through the steps of a Probate Sale - Communication by way of phone calls/Emails was second to none Sale went through within three months they worked hard for me. Thank you both Perry & Thomas - Christie’s Sutton is highly recommended by myself

If you need an higher price, other estate agents will try to find that for you. That might be the right approach for you, but if you want to sell at the market price, Standford’s aim to do that for you.
5th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)After several years of renting my two-bedroom home through both the council and privately, I contacted a well-known agent after renovating the property to excellent standards in order to increase the rental price. A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
26th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May. I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August. At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
