The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.
12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.
20th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)They are great at being proactive with selling your property. They don’t rely purely on online advertising. They have a database of prospective buyers. They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.
10th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Would avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.
24th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

I’ve been very impressed with Natalie’s selling ability when she was showcasing our flat at the very beginning, very knowledgeable, confident and entertaining which I very much enjoyed during the viewing! Both Natalie Stephens and Pippa Hare helped us a lot with all paperwork and administrative processes, updating and guiding us through every step of the way until completion. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything that they've done for us! THANK YOU! Totally recommend!

30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.- 15th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are

What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest.
