16th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

I found their service to be professional, prompt, knowledgeable and supportive. Georgia and Dominica in particular provided an outstanding service; smoothing the whole process for us and making it pleasurable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to rent in London.

We were introduced to Mark and Cow & Co through a recommendation and from the very start, we’ve been absolutely delighted with our decision to work with him. Before meeting Mark, we were extremely skeptical about estate agents due to previous experiences where the initial service was excellent up until we signed the contract, but after that, we were left feeling unsure whether the agent was truly doing all they could to sell our home. We had a tight deadline, and we were genuinely worried. But from the moment Mark came on board, he has kept to his word at every step. He replies to every message and phone call promptly, addresses every question and concern with care and professionalism, and above all, he is a man of integrity. It’s been so clear to us that Mark has kept our best interests at the forefront, thinking proactively, consistently problem-solving, and truly working to get our home sold. At times we even wondered if this might come at the buyer’s expense, but no, Mark is fair, balanced, and trustworthy. He brings integrity to everything he does. Honestly, Mark has restored our faith in estate agents. Cow&Co really monitor the sale carefully making sure it's moving along and they send an email with all the steps involved and then regularly update us (the vendors) how the sale was progressing (which actually helped us with our own purchase).
