14th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Avoid avoid avoid Worse than useless. I Put my house on the market with them They showed it to people that were not looking for that type of property just out for the day. No feed back despite several requests for feedback, failed to utilize key features like the summer house in the garden with electric and insulation they said because its an outbuilding they can't utilize it as a selling point, also not showing up for viewings among lots more other failings. When the contract ended I spoke to Rikesh the agent in charge to confirm the end of contract and relisting elsewhere and was told yes it has ended he will push the button to end the listing and I could do what I like in terms of selling with another estate agents. We relisted elsewhere sold and a year later Connells demanded fees for the sale by way of a debt collection company this went on for approximately a year Connells in house complaints procedure is one sided and a joke it finally concluded with the ombudsmen deciding in my favour also stating Connells actions were inappropriate and I received a small compensation settlement so definitely AVOID THEM

Stephen has allowed us to view the property on multiple occasions to help us make our decision and the transition towards the move in date has been great. They have also made sure all our requirements have been met to begin our tenancy. Would definitely recommend to all.

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. What I said was that I haven't often come across agents who were so friendly, honest and at the same time professional. Roundtree is lucky having Saul working with them !

He is very professional and right from the offer till the completion (which took around 3 months), he was acting as a bridge between me and the seller, ensuring to resolve all the queries, conflicts and making this happen. At every stage he ensures to be very open and makes sure that we are happy in buying the property. He is very unique, so be very open with him on your needs, concerns, queries and he will help you through the entire process.

I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. I was blessed to have Malcolm on my side and without him I am not sure I could have made it through! I will keep as my friend forever, as I am so grateful. Remus

16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

8th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Horrible experience Horrible experience, I went to see a flat and the girl that had to show me it was sooo rude, ruling even her eyes when ever we asked anything, very uncomfortable moment… however the flat was ok and we decided to fill up the form to rent and can u imagine what they did? They increased the price, £200 more without any notification, just because the flat was having many viewing they decided to increase it, a fourth floor flat without lift and asking for £1400….. wouldn’t recommend this people at all, They wastage my time. No serious people, no professionals at all…
