From the very beginning, the entire process of securing the tenancy was handled with remarkable ease and efficiency. The agency ensured that everything was straightforward, well-communicated, and completely stress-free. Moving can often be overwhelming, but this was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. A special mention must go to Richard and Nicola, who were both exceptional throughout my tenancy. They were consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful—always quick to address any questions or concerns, and proactive in making sure everything ran seamlessly. Their approach made a real difference and created a sense of trust and reliability that is often hard to find. The property itself was a wonderful place to live. It was clearly well cared for, and it truly felt like a home rather than just a rental. I’ve had a genuinely lovely time living there, and it’s somewhere I’ll look back on very fondly. Overall, I can’t recommend this estate agency highly enough.

We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!

The team has been consistently responsive, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. A special thanks to Alecia and Altin, who have been incredibly helpful from the very beginning and continue to provide great support. Their professionalism and dedication really stand out. I truly appreciate the service and would highly recommend Salter & McGuinness to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

Shah is one of the best agents very cooperative and trustworthy. All kind of problems were sorted with profesionalism in a very short period of time starting from day one until the last day of tenancy. Would honestly recommend to anyone.

Would wholeheartedly recommend leaning on their experience in North London - thanks to the whole team involved and I have no doubt we will remain in touch over the years ahead.

10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. 23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)We have just sold our house with Chas Lowe having failed to sell over the course of a year with another, much bigger firm. We were glad we made the change. Our house had an unusual layout which doesn’t appeal to everyone. James immediately suggested several changes that made perfect sense and were implemented immediately. We soon realised that any estate agent can gather viewers but it takes resilience and a certain talent to get those viewers to buy your house. After sales, especially with tricky buyers , is where Chas Lowe earned their cut ten fold. Anthony was absolutely excellent. These guys clearly know their business. They are straight talkers and get the job done. We absolutely recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services if we ever move home again.
