They shared feedback and assisted the sale once we had a buyer by facilitating communication and giving sound advice. Most of the staff at Roy Brooks are female. I would recommend them.- 29th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately. With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through. Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market. These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.

11th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I just went there today and was greeted by a grumpy woman who said she was in customer services. I needed to go there physically after not hearing back on an email I sent days ago. They took my details again so let’s see what happens but so far the service is awful.

19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
