Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

We had specific requirements about location and layout and what he was offering us always was spot-on. In a fairly quiet market, he managed to find the right place for us, engage us early, and was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Absolutely recommended!

We’d had an awful experience with Sanford’s in Regents Park and he completely restored our faith helping us secure a beautiful flat. His communication is top notch I never had to chase for anything and he was always willing to go above and beyond to help provide access when needed to set up utilities. 26th May 2026 (19 days ago)We recently completed on a house with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley and found the agents to be very good. Our purchase was led by Freya and she was absolutely excellent for all of what turned out to be a very long journey from offer to completion (no fault of the agents). Freya was professional, dedicated, very kind, and drove the process throughout, always keeping us informed. We really feel that it might have all fallen through without her. She was excellent at communicating with both the other agents in the chain and legal teams - if we ever needed to know anything we always called Freya first. Thank you! We're never moving again (but if we do, we'll call you first).

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

26th May 2026 (19 days ago)AVOID THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give 0 stars, out of all the staff here the only okay member was our property manager. The store manager Steven was not willing to help much despite the fact we filed an official complaint about one of the agents, this agent lied and threatened for us to sign quickly as possible. Lied about the utilities to get us to sign and laughed at us when we said we wanted to get into the flat as soon as possible to clean she said 'why would we pay £400 for cleaners if you are going to clean' well we had to spend 2 days cleaning the flat, wee on the toilet, grime and grease covering the kitchen, dirt on the walls and a garden covered in grime. (See pictures) We were delayed moving in due to a gas safety issue, and foxtons still fought us when we asked for a refund for the time we were not there. To top it all off when dropping off the keys today, which we had to rush and travel a long time for they have decided to close 10 mins early, especially embarrassing for foxtons is when I looked into the store through the security grate a team member hid. I can't wait to be finished working with this company and urge any landlords or renters to avoid as much as possible!!!

17th May 2026 (28 days ago)We had a very disappointing experience with Chestertons while securing a rental property. At the beginning, the process seemed smooth. However, as the move-in date approached, communication became extremely poor. We had to make multiple calls just to reach the manager the day before our scheduled move. Only later that evening were we informed that the property would not be ready for move-in the next day. This caused significant inconvenience, including rescheduling movers and packers, rearranging plans, and taking additional leave from work. We were then advised of a new move-in date two days later, which we accommodated. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the property was still not ready, and the move had to be delayed once again by another day. Throughout the process, various excuses were given, including staffing shortages and issues involving the landlord. We did not want to get involved in determining whose fault it was, but these repeated explanations only further reflected the lack of professionalism and poor management. Overall, it was very stressful and disappointing experience.

From day 1, he was clear in his communication, professionalism and attention to customer service. He is a great asset to him community and his organisation. This was my first time speaking to an agent and it was seemless. I would 100% recommend Nav for all your future lettings, rental and property purchasing needs. We will definitely be using OC homes and Nav moving forward!
