21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)This letting agent has no empathy or common decency if you are a tenant, I highly recommend if you are going to rent a property from them DON’T. See the list of incidents we experienced living in a franklyn james property<br><br>1. Allowed us to live for over a week in a house with no heating or hot water when our boiler broke and offered us no compensations<br>2. Said that we should just accept the mould in the flat because of the age of the flat and that’s just what happens in these buildings<br>3. Allowed us to live with an active leak and severe damage to one of rooms for months, and the water was leaking onto our electric boiler<br>4. Allowed a person to live in our flat for months without adding them to the tenancy agreement<br><br>These people are cowboys and have zero empathy. If you are a horrible landlord and want your tenants to suffer, franklyn james are the ones for you! In particular Yawar and Daniel, you should be ashamed.

She was always friendly, helpful and professional. What really stood out to me was how she genuinely took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for, which is quite rare these days. Her customer service is excellent, and she really deserves recognition for it. Thank you, Claudia!

Buying a property can be quite stressful, especially as a first-time buyer, but Allan made the process much easier and was always available to provide updates and support when needed.<br><br>I really appreciated his straightforward approach, clear communication and willingness to help throughout the process. They were very good communicators, and have invaluable experience in keeping the pressure on when the process starts to lag. A real highlight of their work was when our initial buyer dropped out they managed to arrange a new buyer within 24hrs, lifesavers!!

However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.<br><br>The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.<br><br>If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!

He was so lovely and easy to get hold of whenever I had a question, which made the whole move so much less stressful. I felt really looked after, and he made everything so easy for me. I’m so happy with my flat and can’t thank him enough

We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

Unlike other estate agencies who I engaged with, Highcastle estates did their best to make you feel valued and supported during the process. Moreover, so far on the management side of the tenancy they have resolved any issues promptly and effectively. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. We would highly recommend their services.

Selling a property can be really stressful with bumps along the road but they were always on hand to speak and provide updates, and they were so friendly - I really valued their commitment to supporting me through the sale. Our purchase turned out to be far more complex than any of us anticipated, but Tom was more than capable of handling the challenges along the way.
