From the very beginning, he really took the time to understand what I was looking for and was able to visualise the type of property that would be right for me and my family.<br><br>What really stood out was that Will didn’t make me feel like he was only focused on the seller. He genuinely cared about me as a buyer too, listened to what was important to me, and went above and beyond to help.<br><br>He’s incredibly friendly, personable and approachable, and dealing with him has been such a refreshing experience. I honestly wish every estate agent was like Will!<br><br>Thank you for making what can be such a stressful process feel so much more positive. You’re a credit to the profession! 6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)My experience with Franklyn James was exhausting and stressful. After months of chasing them to renew my tenancy, the agency demanded unagreed, backdated charges. When I challenged these demands, I was served a Section 21 notice and forced to relocate between Christmas and year-end.<br><br>Due to their chaotic communication, the contract under which they demanded money turned out to be completely invalid, forcing them to refund me the difference. In an absurd twist, they simultaneously listed the property online for the exact same rent I had already agreed to pay. As a result of their incompetence, they both lost out on my rent increase for several months and failed to receive the illegitimate backdated sums they were claiming.<br><br>I escalated the case to The Property Ombudsman (TPO), and the TPO identified significant service shortcomings - including severe delays and poor handling of the renewal - concluding the agency fell below expected standards and awarding me financial compensation.<br><br>Upon moving out, the agency attempted to withhold a large portion of my deposit, but these unreasonable deductions were fully rejected by the Deposit Protection Scheme - highlighting their poor conduct right up to the very end.<br><br>Compensation doesn't undo the severe disruption and stress I went through; I am sharing this so others are aware: I strongly advise prospective tenants to avoid Franklyn James.

Very clear communication and we especially appreciated their email communication meaning every step was logged. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
15th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)I am flabbergasted by the reviews of Keatings, in particular Christian. I can only imagine they are being deleted as I have been part of numerous conversations with people in the SW2 area who have had dealings with him, and previous colleagues of his and all experienced the same challenges. He is condescending, rude and lazy. Raised his voice multiple times out of frustration and made zero effort to represent the interests of the seller. He just forwarded emails across and made me deal directly with a challenging buyer as opposed to make any effort to represent me. I could not discourage you from using him any more. He makes a stressful situation more stressful and takes nothing off your plate, merely adds to it.

Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.

29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Cosway Estate Agents, especially with Jeremy as my agent. He was friendly, extremely helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with a minimum of fuss, even though I was on holiday for the two weeks leading up to move-in day. By the time I moved in, everything had been sorted smoothly and was absolutely fine. Since then, Cosway have also been very helpful in dealing with any issues that have come up. I’d happily recommend them - and Jeremy in particular!

4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)The staff at Loft were everything and more during my purchase.<br>Viewing properties with Krissy, she knew about the properties, could answer questions and genuinely felt like she cared.<br>Ollie was my sales progressor and he went above and beyond with a case that got tricky at times! Always happy to answer questions and chase all parties to push everything along. Can’t thank him enough.<br>At no point did I think I was on my own, I felt like the staff cared and were looking out for everyone’s best interests.<br>Happily would use again!
7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)While I was still living at the property, I returned from a short lunchtime trip to Lidl and found a Marsh & Parsons representative with my landlord inside my bedroom, despite me having received no 24 hours’ written notice and having agreed no mutually acceptable appointment for access. I have now escalated the matter formally because I am deeply dissatisfied with both what happened and the way my complaint is being handled.
