While I was also working with local estate agents, Homefinders proved to be by far the most organised and proactive, arranging more viewings than anyone else and managing the entire process efficiently.<br>Their communication was excellent throughout. They kept me informed at every stage in a professional and timely manner. During the sale, I had to travel abroad, but the team handled everything seamlessly on my behalf while continuing to consult me before every important decision. Communication was lacking, and issues with the property were handled poorly and slowly. I felt unsupported as a tenant, and it was a frustrating experience overall.
11th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I would highly recommend Keatings Estates to anyone. Simon, Jade and Tabby have been so helpful and responsive throughout every stage of my home-buying process. We were dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor on the seller’s side and they were incredibly proactive in chasing and providing information to all parties. As a first-time buyer, I had hundreds of questions which they always answered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Every single person across the rest of the team has also been excellent whenever I have called. Thank you, all!!

16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)After a frustrating four and half months with a 5-star rated agent where my vacant freehold property sat under offer (with a first-time buyer) with no exchange date in sight - I pulled out and decided to re-market with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley at the same price. The property went under offer very quickly again to another first-time buyer, but this time the post-offer support was entirely different.<br><br>Emily is a very approachable and experienced manager – she spent time discussing the pros and cons of each offer before I made my decision. As I have learnt last time, under offer is the easy part, managing the demanding post-offer progression - coordinating each party (surveyors, conveyancers and the buyers and sellers etc) is the real test. Jak is an energetic and enthusiastic individual who constantly kept on top of the progression. Emily was kept well-informed meaning either Jak or Emily were ready to assist with my queries.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, communication and professionalism, we have finally completed. I highly recommend Sinclair Hammelton Bromley to anyone looking for agents who actually deliver in a reasonable time frame. Thank you, Jak and Emily!

The guys at Oaks were very attentive and helpful throughout. The Streatham branch has a really good coverage of properties and I was lucky enough to find one that suited all my needs.

James, Dean, and George were all fantastic from start to finish. 1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently purchased a property through Robinson Jackson Catford. While the day-to-day experience with the staff was largely positive, a serious issue regarding transparency occurred during the sales process, which is why I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5.<br><br>The property listing and brochure both clearly advertised "private parking." However, it transpired that the property did not have a legally recognized driveway or dropped kerb. When I questioned whether the seller would rectify this, my conveyancer received an email from the agency claiming the property "was never advertised as having private parking"—accompanied by an altered digital brochure to back up their claim, instead of a perfectly acceptable answer of "no".<br><br>At the exact moment this email was sent, the live online listing was still active displaying "private parking," and I held the original printed brochure in my hands.<br><br>For me, this deliberate attempt to alter the facts would normally warrant a 1-star review. However, I want to be fair to the rest of the branch team; the staff I dealt with directly were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the rest of the purchase. It is a shame that an otherwise good experience was marred by a clear lack of transparency.
