I was planning to use this agency for my rental property, but their complete lack of competence and poor work ethic resulted in a significant financial impact on me. Even though I was a prospective client trusting their professional reputation, they showed zero accountability. I will absolutely never use this agency in the future.

Always responsive and happy to answer any queries - no matter how small. Jacob listened carefully to all our needs and found us two great properties we could progess with. We have no hesitation to recommend TLC based at Earls Court.

Right from the initial valuation through to completion, the entire team was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Zoe, who led on the sale of our property, went above and beyond to market the property effectively and kept us updated after every single viewing. Selling a house can be stressful, but Zoe's excellent communication and proactive approach with the solicitors made the whole process as seamless as possible. A fantastic service from a great team.

He drove me around to view 5 different properties and was attentive throughout, making sure each one matched what I was actually looking for. Professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Although I ended up renting elsewhere, the service from Almer was excellent and I'd happily recommend him to anyone searching in the area.

2nd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I had tried to sell my freehold house for many months with previous agents. While many viewers loved the house, I never got any compelling offers. There are not that many freehold houses with this size and this many bedrooms for such an affordable price - all market estimates were higher. Then I instructed Foxtons and they sold the house for me. I worked with Francis Wilson. He was easy to approach, always picked up my phone or called me back quickly. Francis was also personally involved in the conveyancing process when we faced some obstacles. I would definitely recommend Foxtons.
