The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

Had a few initial hiccups in the process but he dealt with them professionally and his communication has also been very prompt. Even catered to our queries on weekends that’s something I’d like to specially appreciate him for.

Daniel was extremely well-mannered, communicated clearly at every stage, and immediately understood my needs and taste in property. What stood out the most was the genuine care and honesty shown towards customers. It is very important to feel respected and understood when making such an important decision, and he made the experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. From start to finish, he was a true professional — thorough, responsive, and extremely efficient. I needed to secure a flat quickly, and Hamza acted fast to make the process as smooth as possible. He handled the formalities promptly, helped move things along without delay, and ensured the tenancy agreement was completed on time. Even after the main formalities were done, Hamza continued to be consistently helpful, answering my ad-hoc questions and providing support whenever needed. I truly appreciate his dedication, professionalism, and quick communication. Many thanks to Hamza and his team for all their support in helping me find my flat. 21st May 2026 (25 days ago)Pettyson may be good for sales, but their lettings team let's the side down! We have been renting for 10 years, and the last 4 have been with Pettyson. We have had multiple issues with the flat, but Pettyson were not helpful and seemed to care more about the landlord than us, who were actually paying to live in the flat. Check out was just as unprofessional, with the checking agency providing us with all the relevant information, while Pettyson stayed silent.... Well, except to email us to ask if we could facilitate a viewing, three days after we vacated the property. Good luck future tenants!

Shaun was very patient and explained everything in detail. He kept me updated on everything. Thanks to everyone at Elms Bethnal Green.

2nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We recently put our house on the market with Beresfords Estate Agents and from day one we were extremely well looked after by Charlotte Micallef and Josh Sutherland. Both Charlotte and Josh were very professional, approachable, and supportive. Selling a house can be stressful, but their communication, knowledge, and calm approach made the whole process feel more manageable. Unfortunately, we had to remove our house from the market for personal reasons, and even though by then they had sold our property, they fully understood our situation, and we never felt they were disappointed we had to pull out of the deal. We really appreciated this and would highly recommend both of them, and Beresfords Estate Agents, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

18th May 2026 (28 days ago)Recently worked with Gemma on a flat purchase and she was brilliant in helping push the sale over the line. She was proactive, kept me informed throughout the process and was always approachable and professional. She was also very knowledgeable and if there was ever anything she didn’t know, she was honest about it and took the time to find out rather than giving vague answers - something I’ve unfortunately experienced with other agents. My only criticism would be that the original listing could have been clearer regarding the ownership and rights surrounding the courtyard. Aside from that, it was a positive experience, I'm extremely happy to be in and I’d happily recommend Gemma!

Russell was very knowledgeable about the local area and house prices therein and took the time to have a detailed discussion with us about how best to market our house. Throughout the process he regularly checked in with us (and the buyer) to ensure that things were running as smoothly as possible - not easy to do with a chain! We would thoroughly recommend Coopers Ickenham Office and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people.
