16th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Ameded from five stars to one. After the tenancy ended it is impossible to get the deposit back from the agency. There isn't even a dispute, they are unresponsive and in nerly two months since the contract expired have done nothing except forwarding one email from the landlord. Everything else is me chasing them without any results. I have never waited this long and I am still waiting with zero support or ownership from them. Demoralising, best avoid. Original review below: Great experience renting with Dockside, professional, tailored and effective. Deepak has been great throughout the whole process.
23rd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We just completed the sale of our Parsons Green property and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Hamptons. Ed and Robert were professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to get us a great deal in a very difficult market. They were persistent and drew on the wider Hamptons network — private office, social media team, international reach — to generate interest in our property. Communication throughout was excellent, and we'd happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

Even boasting about "striving for a transparent and efficient selection process" when all they do is probably get as much info from you as possible (including a video introduction of yourself), then run away with the information they got.

And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.

I cannot rate the service enough..they have gone over and above every step of the way (including helping me relocate my sofa when it wouldn’t fit through the hallway in my new flat).. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, advocated for me through out the sales process and genuinely made the process so smooth. I would definitely recommend using them as an agent, and this was a great reminder to use your local agent as they really do go the extra mile!

He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. His open, transparent and proactive approach made everything straightforward and seamless, which made a real difference. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From the onset, they were attentive to our needs, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable of the area. Because they're still the new kids on the block, they've set themselves a very high standard and it shows in their professionalism and results.<br><br>They stepped us through the entire sales process and catered to our situation very well (we had moved overseas).<br><br>I can highly recommend them if you want to sell (or even buy!), we got a fantastic result, a week after the first call with Lampards we already had two offers, one of which was over-asking, and we got to contract exchange just over a month after that. Absolutely brilliant work by the guys!
