I also met Guy towards the end who was super nice as well and friendly.

25th May 2026 (22 days ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.
2nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Excellent customer service! In early January I spotted an apartment for rent — it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, price, and everything else. I contacted Ruben via WhatsApp, and he called me back immediately. The viewing was arranged for the next day. I visited the apartment and it was love at first sight. As I’m not English, I wasn’t very familiar with the rental process in London. Ruben took the time to explain everything, was super efficient, and always available whenever I had questions. Within 24 hours he told me the landlord had agreed in principle to my offer, and the formal process began. Thuraya Al-Haidari then handled everything — again, always helpful and attentive. I wanted to change the sofa, the bed linen, etc., and the team negotiated with the landlord so that everything could be arranged for my comfort. On the day I moved in, the apartment was spotless — and there was even a little bouquet of flowers! I have to say that before this I was renting just around the corner through Draker, and there’s simply no comparison — here they truly care about their clients, not just their wallets as at Draker. A big thank you to the whole team Thuraya and Ruben MERCI !!!

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. The staff are responsive to enquiries and, as opposed to many of the larger firms, their dealings are transparent. They fees are also highly competitive compared to the more established companies.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

We went with Bennett Walden despite getting lots of valuations and quotes because it never felt like we were getting a typical estate agent ‘hard sell’ from Mark. He was straightforward and very easy to work with. We achieved the full asking price for our property in a difficult market and even when we encountered the usual buying and selling stresses, Mark was calm throughout. Would definitely recommend Bennett Walden. Five stars.
