26th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!
3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works

And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.

24th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
