28th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Despite my experience took place 8 years ago, I will keep posting it to let other people know the truth of how they organise business here. Their response was false, I have not received any legal action against me as they know this has happened. The police had informed the person not to contact me via any channels.<br>The people in charge called my number after he clearly addressed in email that all my personal info has been deleted from their server. He threatened me to delete Google review through two phone calls by saying “ your are a xxx( my job title) at xxx( my work place address), I know where you live. “like a gang. I was forced to report his threaten to The Metropolitan Police, and I have been asked by the police to call 999 immediately if he calls me again or show up at either my property or work place.<br>Terrible attitude towards customers. One of them made an aggressive phone call and forced us to make a choice. He threatened not to provide any services to us after being refused. First time in my life. Awful experience!!!
1st Nov 2026 (3 days ago)We recently used Wenlock and Taylor for the sale of a property when we were acting as executors for a family member. We were very impressed by their friendly and professional service. They were easy to get hold of and always kept us up to date after any viewings. We are not local to the area and Peter and Nicole kindly carried out security checks on the property. We would really recommend them and would use them again for any future house sales.
14th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.
10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

9th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)This is a factual account of our stay at 298 Gray’s Inn Road (Flat B), managed by Carter Reeves, on 08/07/2026.<br><br>During our stay, we discovered an active, deep-seated bed bug infestation across all three bedrooms. We have concrete video and photographic evidence of multiple live adult bed bugs on the bedding and live nymphs crawling on the walls. The presence of multiple life stages across every single bedroom indicates a severe, long-term infestation that could only occur through a complete failure of basic preventative maintenance.<br><br>The property advertises that guests have access to 24/7 contact support during their stay. However, when we discovered the infestation and called the emergency number at 2:00 AM, we were texted back and told to text our issue instead. The moment we replied and informed them of the live bed bug infestation, they completely ignored all further communication.<br><br>Because management abandoned their advertised 24/7 support obligations, I was forced to evacuate the apartment with my children at 2:00 AM, leaving us stranded in central London in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.<br><br>Since our stay, we have been made aware of at least three specific, previous complaints regarding bed bugs at this exact property that were raised directly with management. Every single one of these prior warnings was completely ignored, showing a calculated pattern of negligence. Carter Reeves has willfully disregarded documented guest complaints, choosing to continue renting out a biologically hazardous property to unsuspecting families.<br><br>A review of historical feedback reveals that multiple previous guests have explicitly warned this management team about bed bug issues at this address. Carter Reeves has willfully ignored these public complaints, choosing to continue renting out a biologically hazardous property.<br>This matter has been officially escalated to Camden Council’s Environmental Health department with our full evidence pack for formal statutory investigation and enforcement action. Booking.com has also been notified of the severe safety breach. Avoid this property at all costs.

Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area.<br><br>Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service.<br><br>Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.

11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Trying to sell our flat felt like a real panic when we first started the process. We had multiple agents come through the door giving us their opinions and thoughts. When Pawan came in, I knew straight away that he was the person I wanted to sell my property. He was straight talking and there was no nonsense throughout the whole process. From day one, he was finding viewings as quickly as possible and made sure there were as many viewings as possible on the flat. All in all, I cannot recommend Cuffley Banks enough and would highly recommend anyone who is uncertain in this process to use them.

7th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)If I could give zero starts I would. We have moved out over a month ago yet still have not gotten our deposit back. Our agent Anna tried charging us 300 quid for a professional clean which the flat did not have before we moved in and when we disputed it via email and asked for proof she has not responded in over 2 weeks. She has only responded yesterday to say that she is not going to charge us but found other things to complain about with no photographic evidence nor check out report. Despite telling her that we would like this to be disputed with the deposit protection scheme she still has not gotten in contact with them, or us, so we still can’t access even the undisputed portion of the deposit.<br><br>Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone as well.

In a challenging market, Eli got us a good price for the house (when other agents had been quite negative in this regard). He worked hard to smooth over the inevitable issues that came up and we felt that first and foremost that he had our best interests at heart. We can wholeheartedly recommend Eli G Estates.

I have to say that the level of service we received from start to finish was absolutely outstanding, and we could not have picked a better agency for our needs.<br><br>A very special shoutout to Waqas who, from the very first meeting, immediately understood our circumstances and requirements and was fully committed to fulfil them throughout the process. The deep level of knowledge and expertise he possesses in this field became immediately clear and we were confident in the numerous bits of advice we received during the process and are extremely thankful for it. Honestly, it felt more like dealing with an older brother than an agent. And the rest of the team were always eager to help whenever we reached out to them.<br><br>In all, I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is keen to sell their property in the smoothest and most efficient way possible.

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
