Unlike other estate agents we dealt with, HJC were very prompt with replies, always kept us in the loop, and proactively checked in with us throughout the process. We never felt like we had to chase. Karen and Tuesday were very friendly and supportive and would highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

From the initial valuation to receiving an offer, it took just three weeks, and the whole process was handled remotely, which made things easy for me.<br><br>Sian was easy to reach and kept me updated throughout. When the sale slowed down and it wasn’t clear where the hold-up was, she kept chasing everyone involved and helped keep the sale moving.<br><br>I really appreciated the communication and support and would happily use Your Move again. I’d definitely recommend Sian and the Wallington team.

In particular we were incredibly impressed by the service we received from David Mendel and Simon Hardie who went above and beyond to ensure we our property sold at a great price!

They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.

Any issues with the property have been dealt with promptly, which makes a big difference when you're renting. It's reassuring to know that there's a team who genuinely care about their tenants and are always happy to help.Thank you to everyone at Eagle Letting for your support over the years. 11th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before choosing Hilton & Fox at wembley alperton as your letting agent. Unfortunately, my experience with them over several years was very disappointing.<br><br>To be fair, there are a few members of staff who are helpful and professional. However, my overall experience with the few of the staff was poor. I often received rude or dismissive responses, and I frequently had to contact them two or three times before getting a reply. Even after receiving a response, I was often left feeling that my concerns had not been properly understood or addressed.<br><br>What concerned me most was the way repairs, safety, and security issues were handled. Problems could take a very long time to be resolved, and sometimes I felt that there was little urgency or follow-up. As a tenant, I understand that expensive repairs may not always be completed immediately, but tenants deserve clear communication, regular updates, and reassurance that their safety and living conditions are being taken seriously.<br><br>I was particularly disappointed by comments such as, “If it were your own house, would you fix an expensive problem in one day, or would you try to find a cheaper price and wait?” I found this attitude very frustrating. The issue isn't necessarily about expecting everything to be fixed immediately; it is about how tenants are treated and communicated with while waiting for a solution.<br><br>I don't want to name individual staff members because I don't want anyone to lose their job. However, I genuinely believe the company needs to provide better training and make it clear that tenants should always be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism. Whatever pressures staff may be dealing with, those should never result in tenants receiving rude or dismissive treatment.<br><br>Looking back, I wish I had made a formal complaint much earlier. My advice to anyone considering renting through Hilton & Fox is simple: pay close attention to how they communicate with you from the beginning. If you receive a rude, dismissive, or unsatisfactory response, don't just accept it—raise a complaint and ask for the matter to be properly addressed.<br>Unfortunately, I continued to experience the same problems throughout my tenancy, right up until the end.<br>Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. Tenants deserve to feel that their concerns, safety, and security matter. Based on my personal experience, this is an area where Hilton & Fox needs significant improvement.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

19th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Terrible management firm, the only footpath leading to Cowdrey avenues, Colne View retail Park has been shut for months while they attempt to fix the damage on the path. They’ve done a half job and then left it. This has been going on for about four months now.

24th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

Gary is a very thorough and professional agent. His attention to detail and calm demeanour are backed up by extensive experience and knowledge of the business, which makes him very reassuring to deal with.<br><br>I would recommend Camden Bus unreservedly to anyone, and I would very happily buy or sell through them again in the future.
