18th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Traveled to view a property which was confirmed via text. Arrived and waited outside, sent a text and tried to call the office several times, no one picked up. Called the number which sent the text, went to answer phone. Left the viewing after waiting around for 45 mins, still not received a call or text and won’t be going through this company. I’d give half star if I could.

From selecting and introducing us to excellent tenants to ensuring the property was well maintained the service we received was outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending greenfields to family and friends and if necessary would definitely use them again. With special thanks to Azam who went of his way to help when I really needed it.

Communication was clear, and the viewing was scheduled for the following day. Irtaza showed me around the property, noted every point I was concerned about, and we initiated the documentation process. I'm now looking forward to signing the contract and moving in. 10th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG
4th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

From the moment we viewed the house through to completion, Michael kept us updated every week, which made the whole process so much less stressful. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had. His knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was always able to provide clear and helpful information. We really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and support throughout the purchase. Rumour has it that buying a house is one of the most stressful times of your life, but on this occasion I have to disagree! Thank you Michael for making our house-buying experience such a positive one.
