15th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)This agency was negligent in handling the sale of our property. I’m following up a formal complaint against them. They mis-handled 3 offers for our property. We finally accepted an offer through them, which turned out to be null and void as they hadn’t carried out basic checks on the buyer, by which time we’d lost our other buyer. We eventually went to Chestertons, got another £80,000 and were handled professionally
23rd Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.
10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.
18th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

They have great knowledge when it comes to the property market and made sure they found the perfect tenant for my property. They kept me in the loop the entire time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent out a property.

I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.
18th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

When buying a place trust is very important and he was very personable, reassuring and professional, answering any questions and always getting back to me very quickly. The experience was way beyond the ‘standard’ estate agent approach. Would 100% recommend the agency and Louis in particular.
27th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE. If there was only zero stars… A couple of weeks ago, water from the men’s toilet on our floor was literally flowing down the stairs and also through elevator shaft. The smell was disgusting, and there was visible sewage which we have to step into to be able to exit. And no - this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened. We had no choice but to walk through that filthy water just to get out of the office. When I went to reception to ask for the bare minimum - reimbursement for cleaning my shoes - the regional manager, Farah, couldn’t have been more dismissive. Instead of helping, she snapped that they “aren’t liable for damages,” talked down to me like I was her child, and then turned away mid-conversation as if I wasn’t worth her time and said ‘you clearly don’t understand’ then turned her head towards display. This one clearly loves drama, seeing what other residents have to say. Maybe some management or how to deal with people classes... I just wanted to find some base ground as the damage was made from their fault, but they clearly don’t care. I had to spend £30 from my money to clean my shoes. If this is how management treats people, it tells you everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs!

Going into the process, we had very little understanding of how renting works here, which could have been quite overwhelming but Colin made the entire experience feel seamless. I can’t thank him enough for his constant support, quick communication, and the patience with which he answered our many (often basic!) questions as first-time renters. He went above and beyond what we expected, not just helping us secure the property, but also guiding us through the finer details that aren’t always obvious. It truly felt like he had our best interests in mind throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would highly recommend Heywoods (especially Colin) to anyone navigating the rental market for the first time.

Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.
