We booked the viewing in the morning, had a look over the place in the afternoon, sent an offer the next day, and got accepted in like one hour later. Ken, Jo (and Jamie I think the other person's name was) were quick to take action as soon as I approached them after a poor experience with a different local estate agent. Immediate viewings, quick turnarounds with feedback. Really, really impressive communication and it was such a difference like black and white between this estate agent and the previous one. If I ever had to sell again I wouldn't hesitate to go with Curchod's. Highly recommended! Thank you very much.

They give great advice, are a joy to deal with and manage everything with the utmost professionalism and skill. They are incredibly responsive (returning calls within minutes). We couldn’t have managed the sales without them, because they did so much of the transaction management to keep everything on track, and they found really lovely buyers for all the properties we sold. Buying and selling property can be stressful, but MJ make the whole process so much easier. All buyers they introduced were genuine and completed each sale, so there was no wasted time for anyone. The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. From the first contact with Sarah to the final call to advise that our sale was completed, I cannot fault the service from her and her team, especially Elliott. In the final few weeks when we were pushing to get the sale complete, Sarah even took time out of her holiday to ensure we reached our goal and deadline set. I'm always reluctant to say that someone has gone 'the extra mile', but I really feel Sarah went beyond my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenfield.

14th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Really an Outstanding Estate Agent - Particularly the "dream" team of Alan, Simon and John - they were all able to handle any query or issue I had along the way immediately and gave excellent advise - If I was them I would have got fed up of me turning up every couple of days to their office to check progress but they always answered and dealt with any issue I had very professionally and in a friendly and approachable manner - When they were talking to potential Buyers and Other Solicitors they really did have my interests as a priority - Can't recommend them enough, you really need to use this Agent if you are Selling you house in the Chessington area

17th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)From my first contact, the viewing, offer process and they the issuing of contract, completing the inventory, the communications with the whole team has been wonderful either via phone, or email. Each interaction was lovely, my questions were answered in a timely way. All forms, a contract, the inventory and welcome pack were all processed swiftly and easily all with a sense of 'hand holding' throughout the process. Congratulations to the whole team, I look forward to spending happy times in my great and new rental property.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Your Move Surbiton — before, during and even AFTER our tenancy — was so unnecessarily stressful that I feel other tenants should know what to expect.<br><br>The problems started before we even moved in. Because my name was on the tenancy agreement, I was repeatedly asked to provide evidence relating to my previous employment and housing in Korea. I spent nearly TWO MONTHS contacting HR departments in Korea, dealing with the time difference, translating more than 40 documents into English, and providing everything requested.<br><br>About FOUR HOURS after I finally submitted them, I was told that the documents were not actually necessary and had been deleted.<br><br>That episode alone says a great deal about the level of organisation and consideration we experienced.<br><br>When we moved in, we were essentially handed a key and appliance manuals, with almost no meaningful explanation of the heating or hot-water system. We then spent FIVE DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER. I could not even find the boiler model on Fixflo, so I submitted the repair under “Other”. Instead of acknowledging how difficult this was for a newly arrived family, I was later told that the delay was because I had selected the wrong category.<br><br>During the tenancy, communication remained frustratingly inconsistent. On 26 June, for example, I reported several issues, including a leaking sink, lighting/ceiling issues and unfinished repair/painting work. I received no response.<br><br>And remarkably, the poor administration did not end when we moved out.<br><br>For months after the tenancy had ended, I continued receiving emails asking me various questions about the property. I answered several of them as a courtesy. Eventually, after repeated further contact, I made it clear that I no longer wished to be contacted about matters relating to a tenancy that had already ended. When the emails continued, I blocked them.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that there was no dispute about how we had treated the property. Our full deposit was returned, and we were even complimented on having looked after the property extremely well — better than its condition when we moved in.<br><br>So this is not a review written because of a deposit dispute or because we left the property in poor condition. Quite the opposite.<br><br>This was the recurring pattern throughout our experience: tenants were expected to provide extensive documentation, follow procedures precisely and respond promptly, while the same standard of organisation and communication did not seem to apply in return.<br><br>Moving to another country is stressful enough. A letting agency is supposed to make the process clearer and more manageable — not create additional work before the tenancy, problems during it, and continue chasing former tenants months after they have moved out.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not use Your Move Surbiton again.
