By far my best experience of an estate agent in twelve years of living in London; Ian Topper, director, is attentive, efficient and always has a smile on his face. He will go above and beyond to accommodate tenants. Many thanks.
12th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Poor communication, unprofessional approach. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agent. It takes ages for them to get back to you, you have to chase them daily as if it’s not in their interest to let the properties they have. Avoid.

He was professional, polite, sensitive and efficient. He helped to expedite things in good time. A good communicator who always got back to me quickly if he was not available when I needed to speak with him. Thank you.

8th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)AMAZING - The best experience I have ever had with an agency. Nicola arrived at the property early and was very knowledgable about the apartment. Over the course of the next week I was confronted with other agents that lied to me about their accommodation and tried to pressure me into making an offer. Went with Nicola not for the property per se, but for the customer service. As was expected we have been looked after through the whole experience with OB property. It doesn't matter how many times I call with questions, it is seems to be no problem at all. Also, very responsive, unlike most agencies that don't want to answer your call once the contract is signed. In the property now and the level of service is still immaculate. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart to this hard working independent. So much so, in the future they will be the only agency I deal with.
