1st Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Wow what can I say I had rented for many years but this company is definitely 5Stars. Very friendly and will go out off there way to resolve any issues I had. The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.
12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

I’ve been very impressed with Natalie’s selling ability when she was showcasing our flat at the very beginning, very knowledgeable, confident and entertaining which I very much enjoyed during the viewing! Both Natalie Stephens and Pippa Hare helped us a lot with all paperwork and administrative processes, updating and guiding us through every step of the way until completion. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything that they've done for us! THANK YOU! Totally recommend!

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.- 15th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. 2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
7th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Harper Jayne Homes were the life savers! We were impressed how easy and fast they found a tenant. What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
