13th May 2026 (19 days ago)So far not good at all. Took around 3 months for them to answer 4 questions raised by the surveyor. And it seems Adrian does not live in my same universe because it's impossible to get a hold of him or to get an answer on anything. Lastly, and that might not be their issue, but they knew the seller very well, they lied about the readiness of the house and its lease extension. InAugust 2025 the process started, to this day we have zero clue of what is happening. They also tend to blame you and your solicitor, when in fact, it was their side who lied and were slow.

They guided us carefully through the sales process and were always honest and open with us about the property and how we should think about marketing it. Always a tricky process and we were glad to have such an experienced team working with us.

13th May 2026 (19 days ago)We instructed Langford Russell Estate Agents (LR) just after the covid pandemic and met with Associate Branch Partner Jake Fahey. He was most welcoming and informative. The world was still in shock and trying to get going. Jake was so reassuring , made a thorough and competitive appraisal of our home. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed and the advertisement of our sale was postponed.move on nearly 3 years and we reviewed our house sale options again. Jake was again on hand and made the most competitive offer and were instructed. We met with others in the Bromley LR office, Tom and Jack who were both mist helpful and efficient in the management of viewings. Communication via text, email and telephone were always clear and timely. Alterations to viewings were managed well and over an approximate 7 week period we had a constant flow of vendors. Keys were lodged with LR and instructs for security and alarms were entrusted with LR who left our home as found, always mindful to ensure vendors wore protective wear. Jake often called to check on his service which was welcoming and never overbearing. Complementary assessment of our presentation of our home was shared together with advice on presenting our home. Detailed and timely reports, advice of the activity and status of vendors was always shared evidencing their evaluation.

The team, particularly Fi & Michelle, were always on hand to help us with any queries or follow ups, helping us to achieve a quick completion. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Beckenham area and will be using The Address again with any future moves.
9th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Rented via Prime a number of years ago - had an underwhelming experience. When it came to viewing and renting a property, everything was very efficient. However, during our rental, they were slow to fix an issue which arose in the property. Our boiler broke during winter and this took around 3 weeks for them to sort. The first engineers they sent had no idea what to do. This was during Covid times so maybe there is some excuse, but it still left us with cold water for a considerable amount of time. A different minor request was just ignored. Towards the end of our tenure, they asked one of us to be in the property so they could show new prospective tenants around. One time, they just didn't turn up - no notice/apology. Another time, a group of lads turned up to view the property without a Prime agent, so we just had to show them round. Very strange. Randomly once, an architect entered the property with his own keys and said he had been told the property was empty. Moving out was not seamless, with a dispute taking a couple of months to conclude. I would suggest reading your moving in inventory very carefully and challenging everything which isn't precisely accurate at the time. Overall, it seemed pretty clear from our experience and the other reviews that Prime do a great job managing properties for the landlord, but less so for the renter.

4th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

18th May 2026 (14 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????
