Every member of the team I dealt with was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the proces, even if it was just passing on a message. I want to give special mention to my specific agent, Annie, who was absolutely excellent despite very challenging issues being presented throughout. She strikes the right balance between being professional and personable, which made a huge difference during a stressful sale and is what you want from an estate agent, in my opinion. Her communication was great also; she was always happy call to provide an update or chase things up on my behalf. I recommend the Bromley branch, and Annie in particular.

As a first-time landlord, I needed all the information and guidance I could get, and the support was really helpful. I’m glad I chose Acorn, especially since there were other options available. What really drew me to them was Damian's straightforward and honest approach, which is something everyone appreciates. As soon as our property was on the market, he had a suitable tenant ready and waiting. The process was so quick. I hope the journey continues just as positively.

Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.

26th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)We sold our property through Andy and Kristina at Michael Anthony in Aylesbury and had a great experience with them. Communication was excellent and there was always someone in the office available if we needed to call and talk things through. They found a buyer quickly and were great at chasing things along when needed. We did have some delays due to land registration issues but Andy and Kristina were both wonderful throughout and kept us updated. We would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the area!

I can't even describe the night and day difference it was from a buyer point-of-view after having an initial offer fall through with a different agency. B&S were there every step of the way (special shout-out to Martine, who worked tirelessly as our sales progressor!) and everything felt so personal, even though I'm sure they have loads of cases on at once. As I was buying alone, I really appreciated having someone there to ask all the little questions. I had such a positive experience, I'll definitely look to use them when I'm in a position to sell. Thank you!!
4th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately. He’s been generous with his time, not pushy with opinions and options, and even managed to accommodate us needing to do the entire negotiation with the seller in 24 hours due to travel plans. After helping us to agree the sale, he’s also been really proactive with getting the process moving.
