30th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Its not worth even giving 1 star as the property they are letting or they are managing, they are unable to solve single issue even after 8 months. Every time they just gives answer that they are following with landlord. I would not recommend anyone to go with this agent. As they promise they will do everything and till that day of your moving they will put into delusion and after moving they dont care you will put into queue for months like I mentioned above.<br><br>Even the five star review I believe they might asked there friends to put as this guys are not worth for 2 star for responding.
23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Horrible experience.<br>Contract signed and deposit and first months rent paid, then on the day they change the contract and refuse to hand over the keys unless I sign the new contract. Made moving in to my new flat an absolute horrible experience (and an illegal one by the way)
8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Amazing house and Lovely landlord — but the agency has been genuinely awful<br><br>Our landlord is wonderful and we love our new home. This review is entirely about Stirling Ackroyd (London Bridge) as the letting agent.<br><br>We have had to chase them for absolutely everything, at every single stage — before and after move-in. Nothing has been proactive.<br><br>When the junior agent originally handling our tenancy left, the senior colleague who took over didn't even have our email address. They lost our contact details (email address) entirely. No handover whatsoever — a failure that sat squarely with the senior person, not the outgoing junior.<br><br>After we moved in on 1 July, they didn't tell us how to pay our rent. No bank details, no standing order instructions, nothing. We had to chase them a full week into our tenancy asking how to pay, and then chase again before the details finally arrived. The Move-In Manager admitted in writing this should have been sent earlier.<br><br>Our contract had the wrong deposit option despite us confirming our choice in writing, and it took repeated flagging to correct.<br><br>We asked to visit the property to take measurements before move-in so we could plan our furniture. They refused us access and eventually sent a floor plan only after multiple follow-up emails — and only after the agent initially failed to even understand what "measurements" meant.<br><br>The move-in manager we were escalated to was unreachable — the phone number we were given did not connect.<br><br>We have been polite, patient, and understanding throughout. In return we have been ignored, sent incorrect paperwork, denied reasonable requests, and left uninformed on basic tenancy matters.<br><br>If you are considering renting through this branch: keep everything in writing and prepare to chase relentlessly. Avoid if you can.<br><br>Again, the landlords are amazing, but the agent was truly disappointing.

Richard made the entire process a breeze. He worked quickly and considerately and kept us in the loop throughout. A refreshing change in the process of property purchasing which can often leave a lot to be desired on those aspects!<br><br>Very reasonably priced and the survey itself was in-depth and exactly what we needed.<br><br>If you’re looking for a property survey, especially in South London, I’d highly recommend Richard and Avrasons.

From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. It’s honestly been such a refreshing experience! From the first viewings to guiding me through the purchasing process has been smooth and Karen gave me every confidence that she was in control with regular communication and her experience really helped. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Jack has done his upmost to find me a suitable place and has kept me in the loop the whole time and answered any questions I’ve had promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jack and Langford Russell again if needed. Highly recommend over any other local agents. As a single mum the process of renting has been difficult but thankfully with the help of this agent and agency it’s been smooth. Thank you ????????????

My move was complicated but the team were able to provide creative solutions to help the transition and completion. Always one step ahead in chasing buyers, the rest of the chain, other estate agents and solicitors. Frequently ahead of my solicitors in providing intel and progress. The team work really hard and as a local firm are able to provide a personal, friendly and wholesome service. No gimmicks or hard sells and teated me as a person not a number. They provide a personal touch when dealing with clients. Flexible and helpful going out of their way to support me during my sale. Incredible team and a big shout out to Dan and Lorraine. Thankyou team for always being there for me and my daughter and always going above and beyond. I cannot thsnkyou all enough xx
23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I dont write bad reviews but cant help this one.<br>Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this team . Zero empathy, absolute chaos in communication, Zero integrity. They tell you something today and completely opposite the next day . Have worked with agents before and never had such experience. Their way of handling a transaction made us think is it worth going all the trouble to get a place of our own. So demeaning and prejudiced team. Zero transparency . Zero stars . Hope the team could treat people better.

Was told I would receive an email/ text to confirm my viewing, nothing. 4 hours before the viewing I get a text saying viewing was cancelled and I was asked to reschedule. I replied back saying that if I would still be able to view the second property- no reply. I then asked what day works best for him to reschedule- no reply. Complete lack of professionalism and communication this team member at Foxtons. No replies, no heads up and no communication on alternatives anything at all.
