4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I’m very disappointed with the way your agency has handled my valuation appointment.<br><br>I originally contacted you to arrange a valuation of my flat, and we agreed on a date. On the morning of the appointment, I was contacted and told that the person coming to see the property was sick. I completely understand that these things can happen, so I was happy to rearrange the appointment.<br><br>We then agreed on another date, and once again, on the actual day of the appointment after a week , I was contacted and told that the person was sick again.<br><br>I’m sorry, but at this point I find the situation extremely unprofessional. I specifically changed my day off and made arrangements to be at home on both occasions, only to be cancelled on the day each time.<br><br>I understand that people can become unwell, but cancelling twice on the day of the appointment, after I have rearranged my own schedule to accommodate you, is very disappointing and shows very little consideration for my time.<br><br>Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of professionalism and organisation within your agency.

She was really patient, responsive, helped us with understanding each step of the process and followed up with others involved when needed. Also wanted to mention and thanks Molly, the Sales Progressor, who was on top of every step and kept us informed throughout the process.

He also had a very good understanding of the property and local area. I would highly recommend!

And Cam’ron Griffiths did a wonderful job from the process of the viewing through the offer approval and referencing, always very helpful and supportive. I’m very happy with my experience with this agency.<br>I’m also very happy with the work of Aggie Duffin. From the start of the tenancy, she ensured everything was working properly and ready inside the house. She was professional, friendly and tireless to resolve the initial issues and ensure I would feel happy, comfortable and adapted to the property.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Lines of communication were clear and the team were always accessible. Maria in particular went out of her way, and did a stellar job to help push our transaction forward; especially, when dealing with a somewhat slow and non-communicative solicitor.

This included taking my calls at all sorts of times She really cared that the sale was eventually successful and went 200% to make that happen whilst retaining a sense of humour. He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!
19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.<br>The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.<br>The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.<br>?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.<br>All in all, not bad but not good either.<br>All the best.- 20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I had a wonderful experience with Zohal. Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

Unlike other agents I’ve had to constantly chase for updates, Thomas was incredibly proactive, he even called me while he was out in Canary Wharf just to check in and help with my search. When I told him I had finally found an apartment, he was genuinely happy for me. It’s rare to find an agent so willing to help.
