25th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I had a really positive experience with this estate agent. Darren and Archie were consistently accommodating throughout the process. Whenever I needed updates, they chased the sellers promptly and always came back to me in a timely manner, which made the whole journey far less stressful. Chloe was also fantastic during the viewings. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. On completion day, she made an extra effort to ensure I could collect my keys without any issues, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the team made the process much easier, and their support didn’t go unnoticed. I’d happily recommend them

Even helped me set up a meeting with the mortgage adviser and helped me get a better budget. Thanks for all the help.

From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, always quick to come back to us and keep things moving, which made a huge difference during what can be quite a stressful process. She was also consistently friendly, approachable, and highly professional – especially compared to other agents we’ve dealt with in the past. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping us get the right outcome, rather than just pushing a transaction through. It was a long road for us, but Allie’s support, communication, and persistence played a big part in us finally getting there. We’re very grateful for everything she did. Based on our experience with Allie, we would absolutely recommend Rampton Baseley to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality estate agent.

The agents at Streatham Hill are quite simply as a group simply excellent. In particular, I can’t but highlight Tyler Millard who was ultimately in charge of my sale. He was at all times and without fail extremely communicative, supremely helpful, outstandingly professional, completely understanding and productive in all aspects of his work. His overall care of my case extended from initial visits through to exchange and I could not endorse, nor thank him enough.I thoroughly recommend him and the whole firm with my utmost thanks for all their hard work. He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!

She’s been consistently professional, proactive and genuinely helpful throughout. Her communication was clear and timely, and she handled everything smoothly. I really appreciate how she managed to navigate the renewal so effectively, securing a great outcome without any friction. 11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)These people are cowboys and cowgirls, highly unprofessional course of dealings with these people. Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.

Charlie was a huge huge support for me over this long process, from the very first viewing till completion. He is very well informed about a wide range of topics, from real estate, taxes, house buying tips etc... and as a first time buyer I learnt a lot from him. He would regularly check in, update me and keep me informed about everything that was happening on the seller's side too. Thank you for making the process less stressful!

We made an offer the same day, and she guided us through the process with the landlady, then helped us get everything arranged to move in. We are delighted with the flat, and with the excellent service we received!
