After a nightmare experience with a previous estate agent who left me in limbo for nearly four years—costing me a significant amount of money and stress—finding Phil was a breath of fresh air. From our very first meeting, I knew I would be choosing him over the other two quotes I received. Here is why Phil stands out: Accurate Valuation: He provided a realistic market price and expert advice on our listing strategy, which I followed. Reliability: He set a target date for the sale and hit it exactly. Unlike my previous agent, Phil was honest, transparent, and proactive. Incredible Value: His commission was under £3,000, which was less than half of what the other agent was charging for a far inferior service.
