16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Alan de Maid in Chislehurst have been fantastic from start to finish. Thomas Kenny in particular made the whole process genuinely easy. He was a great communicator and stayed responsive to everything we threw at him, whether that was a quick question or a last minute viewing request. He was always available when we needed him and kept us updated at every stage so we never once felt left in the dark. A thoroughly professional agent who clearly knows his stuff and someone we would happily recommend to anyone buying or selling.

We're beyond excited with this huge step into our life however without a professional advice ,expertise and extensive experience this could become quite overwhelming as well as losing precious time and also money. Sherie has always been our superstar drive ,engaging herself with the whole process ,going above and beyond to satisfy our customer needs.Answering all questions, being contactable outside office hours.We highly appreciate her devotion to her job as she's been working and contactable on weekends or late afternoon/evenings to reply to my random questions. She recommended to us third parties needed to get involved in the whole process like solicitors, home buying survey agents,mortgage advisors etc and she's been chasing them on our behalf. Sherie is highly professional, ambitious young lady,chasing opportunities, helping clients like us massively by being on point,keeping track on deadlines, she's a brilliant communicator ,able to approach individually customers . He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. - 21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We had Godefroy as our estate agent who was honestly great from start to finish, he was patient with us showing us multiple apartments on Saturdays for months, then after some time he gave us a call to let us know there’s an apartment he thought we’d really like and we did. The process of the purchase was longer than expected but that had nothing to do with Godefroy, if anything it would’ve taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for him being as proactive as he was. He always picked up when we rang, was always chasing both sides, immediately would follow up on emails. I am fully convinced if it wasn’t for Godefroy going back and forward with them the solicitors would’ve taken much longer than they already did. Would recommend, especially Godefroy.

28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We were very pleased with the service offered by Black & Blanc. They were local and it was not a routine sale since the flat was owned by three people ; two lived in France and one, being quite ill, was often in hospital in the UK. This made arranging viewings a bit more difficult to manage but they were successful in this and the sale was made quickly and at the price we had asked for. It was important that the three owners were kept up to date with progress and informed of the evolving situation which the agents did regularly by WhatsApp and email which worked really well.

He was always available to speak with us when we needed to deal with matters regarding the house.<br><br>The overall transaction was dealt with smoothly and very professionally and made selling our house a lot easier than we forecasted. I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.
