They managed to prepare & upload announcements, arrange house viewings in a half day and come up with three offers all within 10 days. We are now agreed to complete the sale of our house at a favourable price in early August.<br>Throughout the sale process we have been provided all necessary assistance by a team of professional staff including Peter, Ian, Maria, Sue and Kevin. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. We are thankful to what they have done.

He responded quickly to my initial enquiry, explained the process clearly, and kept me updated throughout.<br><br>The marketing was excellent, with Richard taking fantastic photographs that showcased my flat beautifully. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.<br><br>Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout.<br><br>The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed.<br><br>Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution.<br><br>The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge.<br><br>This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves.<br><br>After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.

Robinson Jackson met the criteria, performed to expectation, and managed the resultant sale of the property. We believe we made the right choice.

16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)After a frustrating four and half months with a 5-star rated agent where my vacant freehold property sat under offer (with a first-time buyer) with no exchange date in sight - I pulled out and decided to re-market with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley at the same price. The property went under offer very quickly again to another first-time buyer, but this time the post-offer support was entirely different.<br><br>Emily is a very approachable and experienced manager – she spent time discussing the pros and cons of each offer before I made my decision. As I have learnt last time, under offer is the easy part, managing the demanding post-offer progression - coordinating each party (surveyors, conveyancers and the buyers and sellers etc) is the real test. Jak is an energetic and enthusiastic individual who constantly kept on top of the progression. Emily was kept well-informed meaning either Jak or Emily were ready to assist with my queries.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, communication and professionalism, we have finally completed. I highly recommend Sinclair Hammelton Bromley to anyone looking for agents who actually deliver in a reasonable time frame. Thank you, Jak and Emily!

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. While the day-to-day experience with the staff was largely positive, a serious issue regarding transparency occurred during the sales process, which is why I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5.<br><br>The property listing and brochure both clearly advertised "private parking." However, it transpired that the property did not have a legally recognized driveway or dropped kerb. When I questioned whether the seller would rectify this, my conveyancer received an email from the agency claiming the property "was never advertised as having private parking"—accompanied by an altered digital brochure to back up their claim, instead of a perfectly acceptable answer of "no".<br><br>At the exact moment this email was sent, the live online listing was still active displaying "private parking," and I held the original printed brochure in my hands.<br><br>For me, this deliberate attempt to alter the facts would normally warrant a 1-star review. However, I want to be fair to the rest of the branch team; the staff I dealt with directly were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the rest of the purchase. It is a shame that an otherwise good experience was marred by a clear lack of transparency.

They were extremely communicative throughout, answering all queries almost instantaneously for our house sale.<br><br>Tom took his time providing a fair estimate for the house and giving clear evidence to support this. Thy arranged a few off market viewings for us and managed to get several other viewings as soon as it went on market.<br><br>There was good organisation for the viewings and Kristen and Ollie clearly took time to know the property inside out when showing people around.<br><br>The whole process went far smoother than expected and we're really happy with the service provided by LOFT. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Communication was smooth, I always received quick replies, I always understood the process and at what stage we were at. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. Kate in particular, who helped me once my offer was accepted, was so helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout our communication. She always went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was happening, and helped me with any questions I had. Can’t recommend them enough!
