All of the team were fantastically supportive, and Tate in particular went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as it could have been under the circumstances. They handled viewings really well and helped us to secure an offer that matched our expectations. They did their very best to expedite the sale, and ensured we were fully informed at all times. I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending KFH Forest Hill.

Well established with staff that have been there over 10 years so they know my property inside out - unlike other agents with a more transient staff turnover. 18th May 2026 (14 days ago)For years, I had what I considered a reliable letting-agent service from these guys. Unfortunately, in my opinion, that is no longer the case. In my opinion, the service has become disorganised and ineffective — they couldn’t organise a peas-up in a brewery. In my experience, they failed to arrange a gas safety check properly despite it being outstanding for months. They also don’t seem to know what happened to their set of keys, and in my view they have struggled to bill me correctly. Various people also sent no unsettling emails to my tenants about alleged unpaid rent, even though this was not the case. From what I could see, this appeared to be poor internal communication. Overall, in my opinion, this has been a very disappointing experience after years of decent service. I would not recommend them,

They showed us several properties within our budget and preferred neighbourhoods. They were very accommodating in arranging viewings and consistently followed up with us.

12th May 2026 (20 days ago)Foxtons agent Omolade is why I have my new flat. She arranged viewings of multiple flats, listening closely to understand my needs and constraints, even showing me flats that weren't on the original plan when she realized what I was after. Once I decided on the flat, it was already off the market! But Omolade went above and beyond, looking at several flats that were similar, sending me videos, and helping me get the offer form in that very day. She and the BTR team went above and beyond to make sure that my offer was accepted and I got a great deal. Her enthusiasm and genuine joy in showing me this development were the biggest reasons I picked it.- 4th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very long and annoying experience with some sellers over the past 9 months, but I was supported by Kayode Odubote throughout and he couldn't have been better at dealing with the situation. Thank you so much Kayode - you went above and beyond to make sure it was the right property for me, as well as chasing the sellers when needed. Would recommend working with Kayode from seeing properties to getting to exchange/completion.

Very efficient when they want your business but after that just ghost you. Throughout the process the team were excellent and supportive. We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.

He was incredibly patient, always happy to answer questions (no matter how small), and took the time to explain each step clearly so I always knew what was going on.
