I rang around several agents and was sent details of every type of property imaginable, however when I contacted Mann's the lovely cheery lady actually listened to me and said 'I think I have just the property for you' she was so right. The perfect property it was indeed. All the staff at the branch were so helpful and cheerful. Their helpful guidance throughout the process was amazing. They made a normally stressful, difficult time completely painless, and hassle-free. Thank you Mann's ! :)

I am buying a house through them and they are by far one of the best estate agents I have had dealings with. The communication has been great from all members of the team from viewings through to getting the sale over the line. It has made the whole buying process so easy! 22nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

They were communicative, responsive, professional and showed an exceptional knowledge of the local rental market. They understood my requirements, followed them exactly and found a tenant in less than a week of the property going to market, achieving the asking price. Can't recommend them highly enough.
6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!- 24th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Dominic Butler was great with our house purchase.
