From the very beginning, Vas has been incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process of finding my new flat. Communication has been excellent, and he has always kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I needed clarification on anything.<br><br>Moving to London is a really big step for me and Vas made the entire experience feel so much easier and less overwhelming. He was always approachable and happy to answer my many, MANY questions, no matter how small, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance.<br><br>Thank you so much, Vas, for all your help, patience, and kindness throughout the process. 22nd Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We recently let our property through Goodfellows CB branch and had a really smooth experience.<br><br>Big thanks to David and Robbie. David knew the local market really well, and his pricing recommendation turned out to be spot on. He was also good at listening to what we needed as landlords and adjusting his approach accordingly, rather than just pushing a one size fits all strategy. Robbie handled the viewings brilliantly, she was confident with prospective tenants and clearly knew how to sell the property’s strengths. Both of them clearly worked with a strategy rather than just going through the motions.<br><br>They were upfront and realistic from the start, and it paid off, the house let quickly, faster than we expected. Photography, viewings, inventory- everything was sorted without any hassle and well above our expectations.<br><br>Thanks again to David, Robbie and the team, I would happily recommend them to landlords.

Linda the lady who was our 1st experience with the company was lovely not pushy and gave us a realistic valuation on our property. The sale went as smoothly as it could and within our expected time frame. When an issue came up on our side of the sale they were very patient with us which I appreciated. Fiona and Michelle are the ladies that I had all my contact with and nothing was any trouble for them! They kept me well updated and was in regular contact. I would 100% recommend The Address to anyone I know selling their home! Thank you so much for making the sale of our home go as well as it could!
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Charles Ball and Greg Nickson were both absolutely fantastic. We had a buyer drop out at a late stage and they had it re-listed and under offer again almost immediately. I found them very responsive and open to all manner of queries. The volume of viewings we had was also very good and we received regular feedback from those viewings. Would highly recommend them both. I think the higher fee is warranted for the service they provide.

The landlord and the agents, Briony and Sulayman, were honestly great throughout the whole process. They communicated with us really well, always kept us updated and made sure we received all the documents we needed on time, which made moving in so much easier and stress-free.<br><br>We also love the area! There are so many convenient shops nearby with pretty much everything we need, so we don’t have to travel far at all. Overall, we’ve had such a lovely experience and are really happy with our new home. ??

1st Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Worst rental experience of my life. They rented my family and me a freezing-cold apartment in South Western House at a very high rent. Despite repeated complaints, in my experience our concerns about the unacceptable cold and problems relating to the parking space were not properly addressed.<br>At the end of the tenancy, they charged us £145 for cleaning, even though I strongly believe we left the apartment in better condition than we received it.<br>I disputed the charge, and the dispute then resulted in a further £222 arbitration fee. Ultimately, I paid the amount after repeated references to debt collection and the potential impact on my credit record that caused considerable stress to my family.<br>Given what we experienced, I find it difficult to reconcile our experience with the large number of very positive reviews.<br>I would never rent through this agency again and would strongly advise prospective tenants to examine the terms, fees and dispute procedures extremely carefully before signing anything.

He made what could've been quite a stressful situation much less so and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone

25th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Exceptional Service from Alex at Parkes Estates London<br><br>From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to understanding our needs.<br><br>To be honest I was quite demanding with what I was looking for, but Alex was patient, listened carefully to our requirements, and did his very best to find solutions that worked for both us and the landlord. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. He managed to balance our expectations with what was realistically possible for the landlord.<br><br>I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a property in London. They have helped me find an incredible place in record time, guiding me through every step of the process, being especially considerate of my enhanced and specific needs. Even down to how we were welcomed and treated from the very first time we went in to enquire about their lettings. They are just a cut above. A special mention to Annabel and Kacie who have just been exceptional. I’ve never had even half as good an experience with any other letting agency as I’ve had with Elliot James. 6th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.

Unlike many providers who are only supportive at the point of sale, Daniel has remained reliable and genuinely invested throughout.<br><br>I recently reached out to him during a very difficult time and felt overwhelmed by the remortgage process. As always, Daniel was responsive, professional, and clear in his guidance, but what stood out most was his kindness and human touch.
