24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Seymours in West Byfleet during our house search, and in particular with Louis Ridge- Mullen who showed us around a number of properties in the area.<br>Louis has excellent knowledge of the local area and clearly has great relationships with sellers. He took the time to understand our needs, preferences and dislikes very quickly, which made a real difference to our search. Rather than having to endlessly scroll through Zoopla, Louis was able to proactively send us properties that he knew would genuinely interest us, making the whole process much more efficient and enjoyable.<br>He was always personable, professional and incredibly helpful. On a couple of occasions we ran late for appointments, and Louis was very understanding and accommodating. He also always asked after our daughter, which was a lovely personal touch and made the experience feel much more genuine and welcoming.<br>We really appreciated Louis's approach throughout what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. If we ever need to look for another property, we know exactly where we’ll be going and who we’ll be asking for.<br>Highly recommended.

Alistair was our first contact and he was so knowledgeable and kept us in the loop through the whole process. I heartily recommend H&P to anyone considering a purchase in the area. They are a great team, but Alastair really stood out.

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)To say Olivia changed our lives would genuinely be an understatement.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. 27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)These were not my agent but equally I have used WHB before and had a less than desirable experience. April- October 2026; This branch were obstructive, deflective and withholding of vital information in a 2 property chain that took 6 long and painful months. A buy to let buyer and my property at the end was empty!<br><br>Crucial information wasn’t divulged and WHB ignored phone calls&caused delays providing answers when we thought we were ready to exchange (multiple times).<br><br>That’s now 2 WHB branches that I’ve dealt with, that aren’t honest and have done a sub-standard job. The buyer at the bottom of the chain used WHB in-house advisor, and you might think this would speed up proceedings BUT it slowed everything down. WHB wouldn’t let anyone know what we were waiting for due to ‘GDPR’, when it simply turned out to be that there was a mortgage offer in place but the buyer couldn’t decide what they were doing, so hadn’t accepted the mortgage and had stopped all searches/conveyancing. This isn’t GDPR, this is openness and communication to the other clients in the chain. The other members of the chain have a right to know what stage the sale is at and if indeed they are willing to wait based on the facts!<br><br>I honestly think if WHB were a different agent this sale could and would have gone through in 3 months. They cost me money and stress. So I will always avoid them and anyone using them going forward.

She always goes above and beyond to help and genuinely does her best to make everything as smooth and easy as possible. I’d also like to thank Shannon for being so friendly and helpful during the property viewing. Selling a property is a complex process involving managing and translating those conversations between the seller, the buyer and solicitors. The estate agent plays a vital part of this negotiation and people management to help things go smoothly. I would much prefer to use a bricks and mortar agent over an online model to help take the sales management off the seller's hands. Kat Mroz was my negotiator and proved to be a total expert and pleasure to work with during this process - always calm, patient, professional and adept at keeping things moving throughout any unplanned challenges, which can sometimes occur. A huge thanks to her, as well as to Charlie and all the team!

Ellisons gave good advice when marketing our property. They were persistent and remained positive when our sale fell through due to problems with the buyer's related sale. They negotiated well when issues arose over the price. They chased solicitors, buyer and their related sale to keep progressing the sale. We would recommend Ellisons for a house sale in Raynes Park.
