From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to others.

10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We had a great experience using Homes Partnership. Our initial contact was with Paul Callaway when selling my mums home following her admittance to a carehome. He was so personable and professional and explained everything clearly and concisely. We had contacted him two years previously when considering selling and went back to him as we were so impressed. Paul had to facetime my mum at the carehome and he was so caring and considerate in making sure she was happy with everything regarding the sale. The house sold really quickly which is down to the advice and marketing organised by Paul. We then had Sarah Evans as our contact for the after sale process. She kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was always available to chat on the phone or answer any queries. Communication is key when dealing with Estate Agents and Homes Partnership are excellent in doing this. It made the whole experience stress free. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Paul and Sarah for all your help which is very much appreciated. Carole and Family.

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1, Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness. James helped sell my mum's property in 2022 and Huw (& Max) have now helped me as a property owner renting her flat for the 1st time. They were kind, friendly, diligent, well informed, responsive and especially patient with me in this process and I could not be happier with my tenant. I feel like they really listened to my specific needs. Would highly recommend.

Between navigating the conveyancing process, deciphering survey reports, managing a chain that feels like it could collapse at any moment, chasing solicitors, and trying to understand what on earth "exchange" and "completion" actually mean in practice - it can feel completely overwhelming, especially if it's your first time. From our very first conversation, Amanda was refreshingly straightforward. She didn't talk in circles or hide behind jargon - she explained every stage of the transaction clearly, told me what to expect and when, and was honest when things were moving slowly and why. That transparency alone was worth its weight in gold. So many agents leave you chasing them for updates; Amanda was proactive, often calling me before I even had the chance to wonder what was happening. When a complication arose mid-transaction (as they almost always do in UK property purchases), Amanda handled it. She liaised with the relevant parties, kept all sides informed, and kept the deal on track without panic or drama.
