Buying a first property is always stressful but Ross explained all the processes in detail and made the process so much smoother.<br><br>When we had questions he was able to answer them clearly and really made time for us, he even stayed on extra later outside hours to ensure we understood everything and felt supported.<br><br>He was available to message anytime, was always quick to reply and be open to a phone call to answer any questions we had.<br><br>We would highly recommend choosing Ross.

They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

From valuing our property, marketing, to sales progression everyone worked extremely hard to achieve the sale. Communication was faultless throughout in what can be a frustrating process.<br>I would use Paul Graham again and highly recommend.

27th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)To say Olivia changed our lives would genuinely be an understatement.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. 7th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Oh dear, what can I say?<br>Review of our four bedroomed property included comments on six bedrooms but also said there were no signs of multiple occupation. Interesting for a property tenanted by a family of four.<br>Our contract was with Beasleys, Woburn Sands but inspection carried out by MK Property & Lettings Ltd.<br>The photos were clear but some of the comments questionable.<br>The inspector failed to turn up on time and after multiple phone calls arrived saying "how lucky, i was on my way to Bletchley when my car broke down. Fortunate that I was nearby".

9th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a self-employed first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns so I was lucky to find Luke as a mortgage advisor. He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly.<br>The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed. A great team who didn't pressure or rush me, but made buying my first house much more pleasant than I had thought it would be. Thank you!

1st Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Although ultimately I was not able to secure the property I had hoped for, that was certainly not through any lack of effort on Jaya Dhillon's part or the Chancellor's team.<br><br>Throughout the process Jaya was exceptionally helpful, responsive and accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to try to make things work.<br><br>What impressed me most was Jaya’s approach. She was personable, patient and professional, answered my many questions, accommodated additional viewings and requests for information, and kept communicating with me throughout. Even when it became clear that the particular application was not going to have the outcome we had hoped for, she remained positive and continued looking at what other options might be available.<br><br>Property searches can be stressful, particularly when circumstances are not completely straightforward, and having an agent who treats you as a person rather than simply another applicant makes an enormous difference. Jaya and her line manager Shannon Corrigon did exactly that.<br><br>The outcome may not have been successful, but the service absolutely was. I was genuinely very impressed with Jaya, Shannon and Chancellors overall and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her or the team.

The communication throughout was brilliant, and we always felt well supported.<br><br>We found the WhatsApp group they set up especially helpful, as it meant that whenever we had a question or needed to get in touch, there was always someone available to respond promptly. They handled the letting of my property professionally from start to finish, and everything was sorted incredibly quickly.<br>Any issues that came up were resolved promptly, and the team were always easy to reach – they even worked on their days off to keep things moving. If you want an estate agent who is truly committed and gets results, I’d absolutely use them again.
