When the house I really wanted came back on the market - she quickly informed me and I was able to complete on the property. We moved from offer acceptance to exchange in less than 2 weeks, which was in no small part down to their responsiveness. We would definitely recommend KFH.

She explained each step and each document I needed.<br><br>She told me the facts, good and bad and didn’t waste my time and stuck to my specifications. She kept each step on schedule. 10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Bairstow Eves East Croydon, and I would particularly like to thank Rezah, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of securing my new home.<br><br>When I contacted Rezah about a property I was very interested in, he managed to arrange a viewing for me that very same day, within approximately three hours of my call. By the following morning, I had already received confirmation that I had secured the property, along with the links to complete the necessary paperwork.<br><br>Having rented through several agencies before, I was genuinely impressed by how efficient and seamless the entire process was. Everything was handled online through a well-organised system, with clear instructions and no unnecessary duplication of paperwork or repeated requests for the same information. It was easily one of the smoothest and most straightforward rental experiences I've had.<br><br>I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches along the way, including a lovely welcome pack. Shortly after moving in, I was proactively contacted by the property management team, who introduced themselves and explained how to report maintenance issues and what to expect. This level of communication and coordination is something I haven't experienced with other letting agencies, and it made a very positive impression.<br><br>A special thank you to Rezah, whose responsiveness, professionalism and helpful approach made such a difference. Having previously experienced some difficult rental situations, I was honestly dreading the prospect of searching for another home and going through the entire letting process again, particularly while dealing with other changes in my life. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout every stage.<br>One aspect that particularly stood out was the recommendation of an excellent solicitor. The conveyancing process was handled efficiently, and contracts were exchanged and completed remarkably quickly, making the entire purchase smooth and hassle-free.<br>What truly sets the team apart is the continued support even after the purchase was completed. Two years later, Callum kindly arranged a property valuation for me free of charge, which was incredibly helpful and demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer service long after the sale.<br>The communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile shown by Callum & Team were exceptional throughout.
