11th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)I found the staff here were very friendly but also professional. They went above and beyond in helpfulness especially Katie, Julia, Tamsin and Nick. This was the second time I'd used this branch and would not hesitate to use them again (although I sincerely hope I don't need to).
11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 31st May 2026 (13 days ago)Violetta and team were helpful and professional.

It ended up being a longer sale than we had anticipated, but it felt like half the office chipped in at various points in the process to help deal with unexpected obstacles! Miles Roberts managed our sale in the end and was outstanding throughout. He was always proactive, quick to communicate, honest, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping us get over the finish line. Having someone so reliable and calm navigating the madness with us made a huge difference. We honestly don’t think we would have got through it without his support and persistence. Highly recommend.

22nd May 2026 (22 days ago)We were very happy that the Sales Team found some good buyers in a good amount of time - we have found the Sales Team to be dynamic in the past, which is why we initially chose Robert Luff. However, whilst pleased that the sale has finally happened, we have been very disappointed about how long it has taken. In principle it should have been very straightforward, there being no chain. But nothing happened for a long time, and the searches, which should be applied for week 1, only took place after about six weeks, a couple of days after we put in a deadline and John had a discussion with David Graham, the Account Manager in Taylor Rose. It was good that Madison gave John his contact details and suggested they had a conversation. This was after weeks of trying to contact Madison with a view to getting the searches organised. Yes, we appreciate that there were problems with the solicitors, and are very unhappy with their performance on the buyers' side, but we do believe that Madison could have done more chasing. At least a fortnight was lost at the beginning before anyone realised there was a problem, when we started chasing. It was also very difficult to contact Madison. Maybe she had too many other sales to deal with, but she was unavailable to speak nearly every time we tried to contact her. We are looking to put another two-bed house on the market next month. We are very much in two minds about who to put it on with. We have always been pleased with the Sales Team, but the Sale Progression side has never been satisfactory. We would like to have a conversation with a Senior Manager very soon about whether anything could be changed, were we to put another property on the market with you.
