The team were consistently supportive, responsive and attentive, and communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>I would particularly like to recognise Georgia Gunson, who was personally involved in supporting us throughout the process. Georgia was incredibly helpful, approachable and responsive, always taking the time to answer our questions and keep us updated. Moving home can be a stressful experience, but having someone who was attentive and genuinely invested in helping things progress made such a difference.<br><br>We really appreciated the level of service Georgia provided and the support from the wider team. I would happily recommend the agency to anyone looking for a professional, communicative and supportive service.<br><br>A special thank you to Georgia Gunson for all of your help , it was genuinely appreciated.

I really appreciated the guidance they provided throughout the entire process, as well as their patience and understanding whenever questions or concerns arose. Selling a property can be a stressful experience, but Amir and Camilla made the process feel much more manageable.<br><br>They were always on hand to respond to my queries, kept me informed, and consistently went above and beyond to help address any issues along the way. They were always up front and transparent about everyyhing, as well as knowledgeable, reassuring and empathetic. We truly felt like they had our back the whole way, providing a personal touch that we felt was missing at other agencies. The service they gave us is a perfect example of why using small, local businesses is not only the right thing to do ethically, it is the best thing to do for your own peace of mind throughout what is a stressful process. They were incredibly patient, understanding and supportive, and helped us enormously every step of the way.<br><br>A very special thank you to Mark, who was truly fantastic from beginning to end. He was always there when we needed him, kept us informed, answered all our questions and was incredibly patient with us throughout the whole process. Even when things became complicated or took much longer than expected, Mark remained professional, calm and supportive. We always felt that he genuinely cared about helping us and making sure everything moved forward. His help and reassurance made such a difference, and we really appreciated how involved he was throughout the entire journey.<br><br>And a huge thank you to Holly, who was honestly the best and most dedicated mortgage advisor we could have asked for. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and supportive, and always went above and beyond to help us. We truly felt that she cared about getting us through the process and finding the best way forward, even when things became difficult.<br><br>And a very special thank you to Ryan as well. He was there for us at a moment when we genuinely thought our dream of buying the property had come to an end. When we felt completely discouraged and thought there was no way forward, Ryan stepped in, supported us and helped us keep going. His help at that particular moment meant more to us than he probably realises, and we will always be grateful for that.<br><br>Buying a home is a huge and sometimes stressful experience, and having people like Mark, Ryan and Holly by our side made it so much easier. I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.

It was always going to be a more complex case with the third party involvement but he has kept us up to speed at every stage and followed up when necessary without us even having to ask him to do so. 2nd Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I wanted to share my experience selling my property through Fox & Sons Gosport under a shared ownership scheme, specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by Marion Barton.<br><br>Initially, the process was off to a disappointing start. Once a buyer had been found, the communication from my original point of contact dropped significantly. Given that the agency fees were over three times what I was paying my solicitor, the service fell far short of what I expected, to the extent that I had to start copying management into correspondence just to get things moving.<br><br>Then Marion stepped in to take over the progression of the sale, and overnight, everything changed.<br><br>From that moment on, Marion was a breath of fresh air. She was remarkably efficient, proactive, and thoroughly professional. Every interaction with her was reassuring; she brought a genuine warmth and personal care to the process that made us feel valued rather than just another transaction on a spreadsheet.<br><br>Our sale was particularly frustrating due to an excruciatingly slow solicitor on the buyer’s side. Marion identified the bottleneck immediately and stayed on top of it relentlessly. She applied the right pressure where it was needed most, without ever over-promising or under-delivering. When Marion said she would handle something, it was done.<br><br>Selling a shared ownership home is inherently stressful, but Marion’s dedication and tenacity made a world of difference. She is an absolute credit to Fox & Sons, and I cannot thank her enough for getting our sale over the line. 7th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.
29th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We have just sold our property in Great Barford using Cooper Wallace, and from start to finish they have all been fantastic!<br>Ben was brilliant coming round to value the house and take excellent photos.<br>Nicole provided flawless communication regarding viewings and prompt feedback.<br>Jemma kept us perfectly updated with regular progress reports on the sale.<br>A special mention has to go to David, though. At times we thought the sale was going to fall through due to the buyers' solicitors not playing ball. David truly did everything he could to make this happen, and we cannot thank him enough! His hard work and dedication enabled us to secure our forever home.<br>Thank you, Cooper Wallace! We would highly recommend these guys if you are ever thinking of putting your house on the market.

I would highly recommend Aydan for anything property related, you'll be in good hands.- 29th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)It was an absolute nightmare of an experience.<br><br>Before we signed the tenancy agreement, Foxtons repeatedly pressured us to make a quick decision, saying that the property would soon be taken by someone else. One of the tenants was still in China and had not even received their UK visa, yet Foxtons continued to push for the tenancy agreement to be signed quickly.<br><br>After Foxtons received their commission, the manager handling our case resigned, but nobody informed us. We only discovered this after one of the tenants stopped paying rent and we needed Foxtons’ assistance.<br><br>The tenant claimed that their UK visa had not been approved and that they were still in China, and also said that Foxtons had pressured them to sign the agreement. Another Foxtons employee suggested taking legal action against the tenant. We eventually had to deal with the situation ourselves, and the other tenants even paid around six months’ rent (close to £10,000) on behalf of that tenant.<br><br>When we instructed a solicitor and needed the tenant’s information to pursue the matter, Foxtons refused to provide it, citing “privacy”. They even told us to contact the tenant ourselves. For an agent that had arranged the tenancy, this was extremely disappointing and felt completely unreasonable.<br><br>Later, there was a pest infestation in the property. We contacted Foxtons for advice and assistance, but they basically told us it was the landlord’s responsibility and that we should deal with it ourselves. We received no meaningful help from Foxtons and had to handle the problem ourselves.<br><br>When we later needed the landlord’s address to pursue compensation for the losses caused by the pest infestation, Foxtons again refused to provide it, this time citing privacy. Only after we sought legal advice and challenged their position did they finally provide the address.<br><br>The landlord subsequently withheld our deposit and also kept our overpaid rent. Foxtons knew there was a dispute over the money, but instead of helping to resolve the situation, they simply said they could not do anything and told us to deal with it ourselves.<br><br>Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing. Foxtons was very proactive when trying to secure the tenancy and collect their commission, but when problems actually arose, we felt that they repeatedly washed their hands of the situation and left us to deal with everything ourselves.<br><br>I would strongly recommend anyone considering using Foxtons to think carefully about the level of support they may receive once the tenancy has been signed.
