They were both incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step and answer my questions. Their market insights and calm and strategic approach made a real difference. When things got tricky, they stayed composed and presented clear options which reduced my stress immensely. Thanks to their professionalism, my sale completed smoothly and at a price I was happy with. Toby Thredder took the time to explain the property and gave us helpful information answering our questions patiently and honestly.<br><br>It was refreshing to deal with someone who was welcoming and knowledgeable, without making us feel pressured. Toby Thredder’s professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience very positive.<br><br>We would definitely recommend Toby Thredder to anyone looking for an estate agent. She was unbelievably helpful and very kind. Even drove my family to the first viewing. If I ever need to find somewhere to live in stratford again I would go straight to Manuela.
27th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)They started so well. Had a fantastic first meet. Gave me a valuation above what I was expecting. I decided to go with them. When they turned up to take photos, again I was very impressed. The brochure was fantastic as was the listing. After that, it was downhill. I had to chase for the EPC and to actually pay them for it. I had to chase to get the board up outside. It’s still there now. I chased them after the first few weeks of being live. Spoke about the price. They said it was maybe too high. Funny as I had listed £10K below there valuation . So I dropped by £10K. After another month or so, I then again chased them for updates. Again they mentioned about dropping the price. I’m already £20K below their estimate. Well I was not impressed and decided to give notice. I did everything they asked. I had to chase that they had received as I had no confirmation. Very frustrating.

Andy and his team surprised us by getting lots of viewings and more importantly finding us just the right buyer. They kept us informed throughout the process with great feedback. Once a sale was agreed, Jules took over to ensure that all parties engaged in the chain kept everything moving and the sale completed in under 2 months. Her Tenacity in making sure that all enquiries were answered quickly and that the Solicitors were kept abreast of each others responsibilties ensured a sleek and swift completion. I cannot thank all the team enough.

16th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)If I could give lower than a 1 star review I would. We had a very disappointing experience renting through Brand Vaughan.<br><br>At the viewing we specifically asked about mould and were told there were no issues. On moving in, we immediately found mould in kitchen cupboards, and later in both bathrooms and on an external kitchen wall. We were later told by a contractor working on the property that these issues were already known, which is extremely concerning but as the property had been repainted etc before we moved in the issue was temporarily unnoticable. It has since returned despite running dehumidifiers 24hours a day since we moved in.<br><br>The communication throughout the process was also poor, with unclear and inconsistent information, delays with contracts, and repeated difficulty getting straight answers at key stages of the move.<br><br>We were advised not to book removals due to contract delays, which ultimately caused unnecessary stress and a delayed move-in, despite rent already being paid.<br><br>I would advise future tenants to independently verify everything rather than relying on information provided during the letting process as the letting agent we dealt with seemed totally ill prepared and quite novice at his job.<br><br>**In response to the comment below from Charters even insinuating that it isn't a genuine review, it could unfortunately could not be a truer representation of the horrendous experience I had with them. I lodged a formal complaint via email already and the useless response I got just goes to show how little they care.<br><br>DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS!

Josh and Seymours were very responsive throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Seymours.

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.

21st Aug 2026 (25 days ago)In finding of the house and coming into the house the team was very helpful. However, my tenancy has now concluded, and we are currently addressing the process for the refund of my security deposit. There has been minimal, and I would even venture to say no, communication regarding this matter. Therefore, this lack of communication is the sole negative feedback I would provide concerning this letting agency.
