22nd May 2026 (22 days ago)The worst estate agent I've ever used! I booked a viewing at a property, but when I arrived at the address, the building wasn't there. I spent over 30 minutes looking for it and asking strangers walking by, but no one had ever heard of it! I called the agent, I emailed the agent, and despite all of this, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ME! It's been over a week. Don't waste your time with these people!
2nd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Aston Rowe were the estate agent when we bought the apartment 4 years ago and as it was such a good experience, it was a no-brainer to sell the apartment with them. From the beginning to list our property, Carl was really helpful and explained everything in great detail. Once we were live in the market, Jack then took over managing viewings and helped to get an offer in just 1 week! All in all, I highly recommend Aston Rowe for their service, professionalism and help during the entire process.

Stephen arranged viewings at times that suited me, handled the paperwork efficiently, and guided me through every step of the application and referencing process. What I expected to be stressful ended up being simple and straightforward, thanks to their organisation and clear communication. Move-in was just as easy: contracts were prepared promptly, details were explained in plain language, and any small issues were dealt with immediately. I’m now settled in my new flat and couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I would highly recommend Sanders Property to anyone looking to rent. 25th May 2026 (19 days ago)When viewing the property we were promised blinds throughout the house, which was a big part of our decision so go ahead with the property. Now 4 weeks later we still don’t even have a date for blinds, my partners had surgery and we have no privacy, no way of keeping any light out, sleep is very poor with it being completely lit up in the early hours of the morning. We live in a new build where the site is still under construction so there’s many builders around and we get absolutely no privacy at all. We chase and we chase and receive a reply of “we are just a middle man” no you are the agent of the landlord it’s your responsibility to sort this! So a month in and we have no date for blinds or even an update, complete joke. I would completely avoid charters their lack of professionalism and integrity is impressive.
