11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.

They were always ready to answer every question, responded incredibly quickly, and were very practical and professional throughout the process.<br><br>I’m genuinely very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.
7th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)The process was explained fully and the valuation was perfect. Others were way too high or too low. Their valuation was based on knowing the local area. Thanks to Filiz and Scott at the local Stratford branch of Bairstow Eves, the whole process was made to look so easy. If you have a property to sell in the Stratford area, you need to speak to them first.

From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been perferctly coordinated, communicated and executed. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you, Carter Jonas professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion.<br><br>I would like to personally thank Jenna Bugler, for prompt responce, progress with requests, viewings, documentation and backgroungs checks help. We had the most difficult case of financial checks approach for Ukrainian refugees that escaped from the war zone, and Jennas approach was quick, professional and very helpful. I am very thankful for all effort, help and willingness to go an extra mile with their customers.<br><br>We also have Billy who is looking after us and helping with any issues that sometimes appeat in the house. I cannot thank her enough for coordinating and finding right people in the short period of time to deal with any type of emergencies or issues.<br><br>Thank you team!

Those she couldnt Libby came back to me the following day with the answers.<br>Over the following week she kept me informed as to what was and would be happening and liaised with the owners with any other queries.<br>Thoroughly professional and extremely supportive and understanding. But all the other staff were also faultless and excellent. Very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them. Far better than any other agent I’ve used previously.

From the moment we met her, she was incredibly friendly, approachable and engaging, and made the whole experience feel really relaxed.<br><br>What stood out most was how down-to-earth and personable she was. She was professional without being overly formal or uptight, and it felt like we were speaking to a normal, genuine person rather than just being given the usual estate agent sales pitch.<br><br>She was also absolutely brilliant with my three-year-old daughter, taking the time to chat and engage with her, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Overall, Vassna made a really positive impression on us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. No email or message left to inform me.<br><br>Needless to say, I see how unprofessional they are, I won't be viewimg any more properties by this agency not recommend them to anyone.

Luke was very helpful, polite and the only agent from any estate agent sending relevant properties. Once we had an offer accepted Nina was crucial in helping to facilitate the swift exchange. She was always on hand to provide updates and played a huge part in negotiations between us and our seller. We would happily recommend Devenports to anyone in the market for their new home.
