11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.

17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Avoid these estate agents.<br><br>In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.<br><br>I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.<br><br>I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.<br><br>Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.<br><br>What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company. My 13 months dealing with them were stressful, disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Searching for a new home is even more stressful…<br><br>Last year, while searching for a new home in the Cotswolds, we had the good fortune to meet Tanya Hall from Carter Jonas Oxford. As well as having an incredible ability to showcase special properties, she is a master in the art of matchmaking tenants to landlords. She innately understands that for certain properties it is all about the relationship rather than simply getting a “deal” done.<br><br>Tanya was remarkably thoughtful and adept at helping us get to know our landlord and her team during the vetting phase. She was clear, transparent and always available to guide us through the process. At every point of the negotiation we felt heard and understood by Tanya.<br><br>Now almost a year into our tenancy, we could not be happier with our decision and as a distinct bonus, our landlords have become dear friends.<br><br>We could not be more thrilled with Tanya’s level of service. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a new dream home in the Cotswolds.

Mise has recently helped us with winding up our tenant's letting and was most helpful in the advice she gave and the actions she took on our behalf. All contact was friendly and prompt. We would recommend her services without hesitation.

They are exceptional, especially Steph, who really looks after us both during and after the process. They go above and beyond and I wouldn’t dream of using any other agent, they are the best in Andover by a country mile. 24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I do not recommend this agency especially not for a purchase via the chain system. People have pulled out last minute and my sister, who has no choice to keep her house and for who the agency can't find a new buyer, is left with huge agency fees. The agency is fine to take your money but are not quick to find solutions. Please be careful and avoid to sell your house via a chain system. It only makes the agency richer but you can lose money if it doesn't work out.

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!

Buying property is always stressful and ends up taking longer than anyone expects, but Rebecca was incredibly helpful through the process, provided great advice, I think did an excellent job of looking out for our interests, and was without a doubt the most responsive agent with whom I have ever worked.
