21st Aug 2026 (25 days ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.
25th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

We booked a few viewings and he recommended a house I didn’t think I’d like. He said, “It might surprise you, I think it’s worth a look,” and he was totally right — that’s the house we ended up buying.<br><br>I spoke with various members of the sales team and every single one of them was lovely. Our sales progressor, Amy, has been one of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with. Our process has been long and complicated due to our buyers’ solicitor being slow and disorganised, but Amy has been an absolute credit to Oakheart. Even when I must have driven her mad with phone calls, she never faltered, was always friendly, and we even had a laugh on the phone during the stressful moments.<br><br>We’re now completing next week — a moment I honestly didn’t think would come. I cannot recommend Oakheart enough. If you sell through them, they will represent your property exactly how you want. If you buy through them, they won’t disappear after the offer; they support you the whole way through.<br><br>Many thanks from Adam and Andrew.

After months of advertising I messaged them to take my property offline and again there was no response again but the property was taken offline. They are strange bunch of people.
