His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

26th May 2026 (20 days ago)The biggest disappointment for me has been the level of customer service. When tenants contact a letting agent with concerns, they should not have to repeatedly chase for updates, ask the same questions multiple times or feel as though they are an inconvenience. Unfortunately, that has been my experience. Good customer service is not just about answering emails; it is about listening, communicating clearly and taking ownership of problems. Too often I was left feeling that responses were rushed, key questions were overlooked and genuine concerns were not given the attention they deserved. The lack of proactive communication created unnecessary frustration. Rather than being kept informed, I often felt I was the one having to constantly follow up in order to find out what was happening. What should have been a professional and supportive experience instead became exhausting and stressful. Even when issues were eventually acknowledged, the overall handling left me with very little confidence in the service being provided. There is a clear difference between responding to customers and actually looking after them. Unfortunately, I never felt like a valued customer during my dealings with William H Brown. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their service.

Niral gave me excellent helpful advice throughout, and either he or his assistant Nikki were always available whenever I had queries. Niral was very prompt in dealing with all issues as they arose. Charlie, who came to value our house, was fantastic ,professional, informative, and approachable. Everyone involved in showing our house to potential buyers was equally impressive. Marcus, Zailo, Zoe, and Chloe were all knowledgeable about the property, well prepared, and professional when conducting viewings. The team at the Lexden branch are brilliant , always helpful, understanding, and professional. A special mention must go to Amy in sales progression, who was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, and although arranging the completion date took some persistence, Amy made it happen smoothly. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received what a great experience!

Buying a house can be stressful, but he made the whole experience smooth and straightforward with his excellent communication, patience, and attention to detail. Thank you again for all your hard work and support in helping me purchase my new home.- 20th May 2026 (26 days ago)Had awful experience with Foxtons to sell my property value at £400k then say at £375k will be a fast sell. After few months drop to £350 and change to auction line with exclusivity that not been discussed with me 6 months down the line now value at £300k What makes it worst the property is completely refurbished no issues and long lease. Just no due diligence, no client care and no professionalism which caused me an amount of financial loss on top of stress I have made the wrong choice dont do the same
