29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I recently bought a property through Philip Alexander and they were absolutely fantastic thought the entire process. Bradley and Billy were really helpful and supportive especially as the purchase process went on much longer than any of us hoped. They proved to be invaluable contact with the sellers and were always happy to provide access for viewing or surveys etc. But most importantly they were consistently friendly, cheery and a real joy throughout which helped make a potentially stressful situation far easier and smoother.

25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

The team, and Louise in particular, have always been responsive and supportive. They have also been very effective at finding new tenants and dealing with any matters arising.

25th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)The team at Collinson Hall, Michele Austin, Ciaran Murphy and John Sullivan recently supported me with the sale of my property in St Albans. They were simply outstanding throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ciaran viewed the property and instantly understood the key attributes of the house from my perspective which means so much when selling a home. John provided fantastic guidance and support from a marketing perspective and, in collaboration with Ciaran, was in constant touch through the viewing period. Once I had received an offer, Michele supported me throughout the sales process and was simply outstanding. Her communication and guidance was exceptional and so appreciated. She expertly moved the sale forward and the whole process was made to feel very straight forward. I am very grateful to the team. Thank you Michele, Ciaran and John.

21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)called them on 3 separate occasions post moving out of a property and getting deposit back, every single time been told the admin team are ‘not at their desk’ and no manager seems to be available either? Does noone actually work at this company during working hours? Poor customer service, cant speak to anyone ever no matter what day or time it is.<br><br>Also their staff have no compassion or empathy to their customers after getting burgled in one of the properties they manage<br><br>Oh and still dont have the deposit back after 21 days of moving out, despite new tenants moving in 24 hours after we left.

Definitely a 10/10 experience. I would 100% recommend his expertise for anyone looking to buy or sell a property !

- 13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I honestly can’t say I would use this company again. I prefer not to leave any reviews that could be perceived as negative if I don’t have anything nice to say.<br><br>The issues I have experienced so far:<br>1. They confirmed a washing machine would be in the property and when I moved in this wasn’t the case, and the letting agency was unaware (has since been resolved)<br>2. I didn’t have all the keys provided to me, the post key (I believe an honest mistake, with 11 keys noted in the inventory I only received 7 pieces, as they retain the rest, issue resolved)<br>3. Issues with access to hot water (engineer sent, has since been resolved)<br>4. Putting on the oven trips out all the plugs in the flat (unresolved and it was reported almost a month ago, was not working from when I received keys from 22 August)<br><br>I appreciate sometimes there requires communication between the landlord and the letting agency to resolve these situations, and independently these scenarios may not be that serious. However, after only signing the tenancy back in August, and living in the property for over a month, there have been way too many issues to be dealing with so early on, which is a concern.<br><br>I wouldn’t recommend this lettings agency based on my experience because I don’t believe they conducted enough checks to make sure the property was readily available to live in. In addition, the repair reporting system has required me to call and chase up repairs that I don’t believe I should’ve been facing so early on. The communication isn’t great when you need an update on the issues you’re facing and you are basically ghosted. Aside from taking time out of my workday to call and chase I’m not sure what else to do.<br><br>There were some good things I can report on like, the quick turnaround to get approved and the tenancy signed, and the welcome pack when I first moved in. But moving is already a very distressing experience, with trying to get things set up quickly and promptly. But having to deal with all these issues in the flat has made the experience worse. I wish I had a more positive experience but so far the bad has outweighed the good.<br><br>At this point I just want a working oven…

They got high class staffs who communicates very well, coordinates end to end. The property they show are by far best compared to other agents. One staff assigned to us was Rose Rojda. She has excellent sales and negotiation skills. Very skilled and I guess she is in this field for a while. Good job Rose..

She was very kind, professional, and supportive, and I really appreciate everything she did to help me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help with renting a property.
