From start to finish they were communicative, helpful and understanding and got our flat sold extremely quickly. We mostly dealt with George and Tessa, both of whom I couldn’t fault were and so friendly. Thank you!!

She was in constant contact with the buyers, the sellers who were abroad and their solicitors and kept all parties fully informed, mediating and explaining the issues when required. I would highly recommend Fletchers in Brook Green.
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)When we decided to put our house on the market we looked at a few different agents, but opted for the Personal Agent, due to the service and advice received even before the sales process had begun. The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future ??????

She was incredibly friendly, entertaining, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful. She was also very informative, answered all of our questions honestly, and clearly knew the properties and area really well. Although we didn’t end up purchasing through Foxtons in the end, we genuinely had such a positive experience with Yvonne and really appreciated all of her help and effort. She made a lasting impression and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property!

20th May 2025 (1 year ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

26th May 2026 (20 days ago)Avoid. If you wish to purchase, the agency is at the service of the seller, never the buyer. All financial shenanigans are permitted to satisfy the seller. They rent out flats with photos that are 10 years old! The rentals are in terrible condition, with high rents and minimal maintenance. The deposit is often reduced, allowing the landlord to make an additional profit. Update: Sadly, I was a customer. Update: I have recovered my deposit, which you were wrongly holding back, via myDeposits.

I have had excellent tenants thoroughly vetted and recommended by Romans and with very little vacant periods. They managed the letting in a very professional and efficient manner. I was given good advice about market conditions when I decided to sell and again Jacob handled the whole matter in excellent manner. Jacob and his colleagues were not pushy but keen to provide advice that was in my best interest. The sale progressed very smoothly with Jacob and his team dealing with all issues. I am more than happy to give 5 * review to Romans team.

10th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I recently dealt with the selling team at Charters, Chandlers Ford, and even though I didn’t end up purchasing a property through them, I genuinely feel they deserve a positive review. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. A special mention has to go to Jorgia, who was consistently brilliant throughout. She was friendly, proactive, knowledgeable and made the whole process feel far less stressful. She kept me updated without ever being pushy, answered all of my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than just pushing a sale. Even though my purchase ended up going in a different direction, the level of service I received from Jorgia stood out. I’d happily recommend Charters to anyone looking for an estate agent that’s communicative, honest, and genuinely supportive.

To be completely honest, at the beginning of my experience, I was a little disappointed by some interactions with other members of staff, who were not always as friendly or helpful as I had hoped. However, everything changed when I had the good fortune of dealing with Rebecca. Rebecca has always been there to help me, no matter the situation. She consistently went above and beyond to provide support, guidance, and reassurance whenever I needed it. Even when I may have been a little persistent or asked the same questions more than once, she was always patient, understanding, and incredibly kind. One thing that always stood out to me was the warmth in her voice whenever she answered the phone. No matter how stressed or worried I felt, speaking with Rebecca immediately gave me confidence that everything would be okay. That level of care and genuine compassion is rare and deserves recognition. I truly do not have enough words to thank Rebecca for everything she has done for me.
