4th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Russell, Adam and the whole team gave 110% in a very challenging time for selling. They gave advice without being pushy, did all the viewings, and maintained excellent communication throughout. Very highly recommended.

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)An excellent experience as a buyer through Matthew Pierce. Richard was our contact throughout and gave an exceptional personal service. Matthew stepped in when Richard was unavailable, offering the same fantastic service. A very quick process (from offer to completion in approx 2 months). A few delays along the way caused by myself due to working full time & juggling family life, and my solicitor; but Richard & Matthew were on hand to help, explain & smooth things over. Tracy provided excellent support to the team. The property we bought was vacant so we asked if we could get access from exchange to complete a few jobs/decoration. Matthew spoke to the vendor & this was granted enabling us to get ahead of the game in making this our family home. In summary, an excellent buyer experience, clear communication throughout & I would highly recommend the whole team at Matthew Pierce

The sales consultant I had when dealing with viewings and putting in an offer was knowledgeable and honest, and I never felt like I was being squeezed of my money. The other staff such as the sales progressor were all extremely professional and always responded to me in a timely manner and I also liked the sales tracker website Drewery uses. They even gave me a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys on completion. You are in safe hands with Drewery from a buyer's perspective and I would go with them for the future sale of my property.

The team (Lauren, Fran & Natasha) were professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. Their advice on pricing and marketing was excellent, resulting in strong interest and a successful sale. Communication was clear and consistent, and we were kept informed at every stage. Any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. What impressed us most was their commitment to achieving the best outcome for us. They demonstrated excellent negotiation skills, provided honest guidance, and worked hard to keep the transaction progressing smoothly through to completion. They're diligent and patient , returned calls and responded to emails, always kept the lines of communication open. I'd had a pretty tough experience elsewhere prior to this, so I admit I asked way more questions than usual, but they were super reassuring every step of the way. Their communication was excellent — they would answer any email within an hour and were always helpful and professional. They were also very competitively priced compared to other estate agents we looked at. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home! Even the other estate agents in the chain commented on what good agents they were and how quick and organised they were with things.

They cannot do the basics of customer management. 16th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
