In particular, Mike Lurot has the attributes of a terrific agent with his market knowledge, customer service, strong interpersonal and technical skills. The result was a stress free and straightforward purchase. So Mike, thanks for that. Lurot Brand certainly live up to their well earned excellent reputation.

Just three days before my move-in date, they increased the apartment price without any flexibility or consideration for the prior agreement and contract, including agreed key handover day. This last-minute change was unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend MAS Property.

7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!

He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. He did an excellent job and was always on hand when you needed him night or day. No regrets. Warren all the way.

Ray and Goisha were especially helpful and kind throughout my time here. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving and changing houses, as I felt very comfortable. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.

A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Great Stewardship for JLL.- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !

She was great very helpful and quick to respond… its an office block conversion so even with all the delays and developers issues she always kept me informed and updated couldn’t of asked for a better experience as a first time buyer! She has the patients of a saint and always happy to help so would definitely recommend!

Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best

However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far

2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
