Every member of the team I dealt with was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the proces, even if it was just passing on a message. I want to give special mention to my specific agent, Annie, who was absolutely excellent despite very challenging issues being presented throughout. She strikes the right balance between being professional and personable, which made a huge difference during a stressful sale and is what you want from an estate agent, in my opinion. Her communication was great also; she was always happy call to provide an update or chase things up on my behalf. I recommend the Bromley branch, and Annie in particular.

Zoe, Gene, Kelly and the rest of the team at Hamptons in Kingston kept me and my potential buyers informed and updated both on the phone then followed-up with emails. They were proactive the whole time, provided advice where I needed a steer (I made the ultimate decisions but they helped me make them). They were with me every step of the way. Their commission was competitive and lower than other agents and well worth it considering the service I received. Outstanding service with a personal touch from beginning to end. Kelly even called me on her day off to congratulate my exchange, really kind. Thank you Hamptons in Kingston.

In fact given the miserable time I way having with my conveyancing solicitor safe to say they helped keep the wheels on the transaction. 10/10
16th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)The worst estate agent in surrey! The property manager is non-existent and is never there when requested. I’ve left my tenancy early this year, they refuse to return my deposit, i started my tenancy with the property not being professionally cleaned which has been documented and numerous complaints have been made to the estate agents with no care given and now they are attempting to steal my deposit. Refusing to return it without me paying for the cleaning. I would steer clear from these jokers. I had chosen them in good faith and i feel very let down. This is not an insignificant amount of money and i will be taking this further so they do not get away with it. I assume they have done this before.
