Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! She was quick to respond to my many questions on text and the most I waited was half an hour for a response which is amazing based off some estate agents nowadays! If you’re looking to rent Kelsey is amazing and she will help in anyway possible. Thank you Kelsey for helping us to our first home!

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

8th Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)Most unprofessional agents I’ve ever dealt with. Took them 5 months to fix a broken fridge of property I’m renting from them. Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants
9th Sep 2026 (19 days ago)Had an absolutely appalling experience with Ben the Head of Lettings and Molly the negotiator. We were misled and coerced towards making a certain offer. Even though an offer mad made there were lies and a complete lack of transparency in the way our offer was handled. The lies continued while trying to justify their position. A subject access request has been raised to prove their lies and a formal complaint is being made with progression to the ombudsman. Unfortunately we’re still left in the detrimental position without the property, with no responsibility or accountability being accepted by the agents. Take extreme care when dealing with lettings in this office.

Very knowledgeable and honest to all involved parties.<br>We originally advertised our property with Purplebricks but i soon realised it was a mistake. Once moved to Winkworth our deal went through very quickly and at the right price.<br>Definitely recommended.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.
21st Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Sarah, Elliot and the team at Greenfields in Tolworth made my whole selling and buying experience a lot less stressful. They are a very professional team. I was very nervous about moving as had spent 14 years happily living in my house, Sarah was very kind, taking the time to talk me through everything and putting my mind at rest throughout the whole process. She kept checking in on me and was very proactive at dealing with the other Estate Agent involved to make sure everything went through smoothly and to the time scales. She also made good recommendations for solicitor, surveyor, removal company and very experienced and reliable handy man. I would highly recommend using Greenfields.

Ours was a difficult transaction that could easily have collapsed, and it only got over the line because John refused to let it stall — chasing the other agents, pushing every party in the chain, and staying on top of every detail throughout. Proactive, responsive, and completely reliable. Couldn't recommend this team more highly.

He’s friendly, helpful and professional, and has always been quick to respond whenever we needed anything. He’s also always been very quick to sort out and fix any issues that came up. From the start, the move-in process was smooth and straightforward, with everything clearly explained. They were completely transparent about all fees, so there were no surprises or hidden costs along the way.<br><br>What's stood out most is how they handle maintenance — any issues I've raised have been dealt with extremely quickly, which makes a huge difference when you're renting. The team is also genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, always happy to help and quick to sort out any problems.<br><br>Overall a really positive experience as a tenant, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent through a reliable, responsive agent.
2nd Sep 2026 (26 days ago)Unprofessional, discriminatory and inconsistent practices at the Streatham branch.<br><br>I have had an extremely poor experience with this agency, stretching back over a period of 4 years. Years ago, they showed me a property but rejected me purely because I was receiving some benefits at the time, completely ignoring the fact that both my partner and I had excellent salaries and stable employment.<br><br>Fast forward to recently: we applied for a property managed by the Streatham branch priced at £2,300 per month. Our combined household income easily exceeds the standard UK affordability threshold (£69,000/year, which is 2.5x the rent). Despite our strong financial position, the staff rudely moved the goalposts and insisted we needed a guarantor.<br><br>When I offered two valid guarantors, they claimed that one single guarantor had to earn over £82,000 a year to qualify.For comparison, I have viewed properties worth £2,500/month elsewhere that only require a combined household income of £72,000. It feels like they are intentionally fabricating impossible criteria and wasting people's time.<br><br>I strongly believe we were targeted and treated unfairly because we are foreign nationals. Avoid this branch—they are rude, unprofessional, and apply double standards depending on who you are.<br><br>Many people in the community have warned me about them, and now I see why. Absolute joke of a company.

25th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)We honestly cannot recommend Chelwood Partners highly enough. From start to finish, they went so far above and beyond what you would ever expect from an estate agent.<br>Our sale at times was challenging, with hurdle after hurdle threatening to derail the process.<br><br>Throughout it all, they never gave up. They kept plugging away, finding solutions and doing everything in their power to keep the sale moving forward. Their persistence, commitment and sheer hard work were genuinely exceptional.<br><br>What impressed us most was that they continued to go the extra mile even after we had moved out of the house and relocated overseas. They took so much of the stress and pressure off us, handling things on the ground and continuing to push the sale through when we were no longer even in the country.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful at the best of times, and ours was certainly not a straightforward transaction, but we always felt that we had people in our corner who were as determined as we were to get it over the line.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team for your tireless efforts, patience and dedication. We genuinely don't think we could have got there without you. If you are looking for an estate agent who will truly go the extra mile and never give up, we could not recommend them more highly!

6th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Hi,<br>I just closed on an apartment on Fentiman rd.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s were simply excellent. This was not a straightforward purchase as the property was rented so access to the property was awkward to arrange and then the tenants had to be moved to allow the closing. Additionally the owner was abroad.<br><br>Justin had to work hard to make this happen but always was super responsive to me and moved mountains to help us achieve a very tight timeline so that we could achieve our deadline to complete.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s deep knowledge of the business and his hard working attitude is invaluable. We will be contacting Bhoday’s again for future property deals.<br><br>Jim O’Leary
