Communication was excellent throughout whole buying process and they kept us well informed every step of the way. 2nd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Ansia is professional and nice, she provided us a good service and enough information to let us know the apartment very well.- 4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!

It's been fantastic working with them - in particular Allie went to a lot of effort to proactively get viewings in a tough market, and one of those ended up being the buyer. We had the flat on with another agent for months without a single viewing and as soon as we worked with RB the diary was full and we had an offer within a couple of weeks, and a higher price than we might have expected.<br><br>Thanks for all your work RB team!
