Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

From the moment we walked through the door, Glen was kind, attentive, and worked hard to make sure all our needs were met. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us find the right place, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was his responsiveness to our questions and the honesty and transparency he showed throughout the whole process. That level of trust made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring. Thanks to Glen and the team at Compton Reeback, we’re now happily settled in our new place and couldn’t be more grateful for their help. She really put in a shift to help progress the property we’re looking at and was incredibly proactive throughout the whole process. Renting a property in London can often feel stressful and tiring, but Grace made the whole experience seamless and easy to navigate, often even working out of office hours to help move conversations forward. Having someone like Grace representing Chestertons really shows the quality of the brand and the calibre of people they attract. When you’re dealing with a property search via Chestertons, ask them for Grace as your key contact!

My inquiries were handled very professionally by the team and they had an impressive portfolio of houses to fit my admittedly specific requirements. A special mention goes to Catherine B for handling my questions so patiently and with an impressive level of knowledge for a young woman! She will do great things in this business I’m sure. Unfortunately I had to defer property purchase this time due to personal financial difficulties but I will be back in future once my affairs are in order.

I found all the staff to be really helpful, approachable and professional, offering useful advice on the best way to proceed and pricing. The marketing as done to very high standard and they were were able to find a buyer pretty rapidly. The sale went on for a the usual extended period and during that time they were always available to help with queries and issues as they came up.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people.
