From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!

I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.
7th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)I have recently used Cooper and Tanner, Frome branch services to sell my home and I have been very impressed. The photos and brochure of my property were superb, had me wanting to buy my own property.<br>The team are fantastic, they respond back to all enquiries I had so quickly. Shelly has been exceptional through the process keeping us in the loop of any changes of circumstances and just generally keeping tabs with me and my wife as to how we are and how we feel about parts of the sale and purchase.<br><br>On this occasion I have withdrawn my property from the market due to not finding the one we wanted but we will be sure to come back to Cooper and Tanner in the future when the timing is right.<br><br>Many thanks.

Peter Walker came to visit us and was both professional and extremely knowledgeable on price point, area and buyers. Peter managed to the whole process with his skill and experience. We felt that, as sellers in a tricky market place and with a larger property to sell, we were in safe, capable hands. Many thanks for guiding through this emotionally difficult period and for managing the bidding process together with keeping us informed through the various surveys and enquiries raised. After 3 months of wasted time, false promises, and questionable practices, we ended up finding a property with Ocean. They were a night and day difference in their approach. Laid-back and honest viewings, amazing communication, and very efficient processes in place—we felt looked after throughout. A special shout-out to Seamus, who led the first stage of viewings and kept in contact throughout, and Emily, our moving manager, for guiding us through to the end. Massive thank you to the team, couldn’t ask for anything more.

They have helped relieve the stress that comes with moving no end. The promptness with replying to either email or phone is second to none. 30th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)I can't thank Connor and Millie enough for all the help and support they gave me during what was a very stressful time.<br><br>I was understandably worried about finding somewhere new to live. The team worked hard to find me suitable accommodation and arranged an agreement with my previous landlord that made the move much more manageable.<br><br>On moving day, they even helped me transport my belongings to my new home, which was far beyond what I expected and made a huge difference. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and treated me with understanding and respect. They made what could have been a very difficult experience much less stressful.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable estate agent. 2nd Jul 2026 (27 days ago)In hindsight the property we were selling was overvalued initially and it was difficult to swallow having to continually reduce the guide price but in the end all was well & the auction price received was reasonable- 25th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was having an issue with my front door, Lillie was an absolute god send, she was friendly and efficient. It took less than 30 minutes from me making contact with her to the contractor fixing the issue.

Everyone has been amazing from The 3 Amigos Piers, Harrison & Jude to all the office staff especially Jodie & Debs.<br>We didn't get down to pick keys up till 7pm & Debs stayed in office till then so we could get into our new home. But after about two weeks started to suggest that we should drop the valuation that they had placed on our property even with them only providing two viewings in that period. Advertising was not that good. We stayed with them for eight weeks but only received another six viewings in that time. Over all that time communication was getting less and less. We told them we were thinking of putting a second vendor on, and that's when we herd nothing from them for weeks. Not the service that we were expecting from them

She kept us updated every step of the way, was always professional, approachable, and proactive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier.<br>The communication from the whole team was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. 24th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Murdock & Wasley turned our first home purchase into a nightmare. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.
