His communication via email has been perfect, clear and honest and really helpful - when he did a viewing with us he was giving just the right amount of information. Sadly someone made an offer on the house we wanted to buy before we were in the position to do so - but he let us know straight away . And is on the look out for similar properties for us.

Peter Walker came to visit us and was both professional and extremely knowledgeable on price point, area and buyers. Peter managed to the whole process with his skill and experience. We felt that, as sellers in a tricky market place and with a larger property to sell, we were in safe, capable hands. Many thanks for guiding through this emotionally difficult period and for managing the bidding process together with keeping us informed through the various surveys and enquiries raised. We sold our house and also bought via Oliver Chandler and the entire process was very well managed by all and especially Jamie who offered great support even after completion, to us and the other parties involved which is commendable. Everyone was very polite and we felt we were heard and valued. We had no prior experience with selling and the team even helped us troubleshoot matters that were beyond their responsibilities.
