Particularly when I sold the team went above and beyond to help get my sale over the line. Nick, Finn and Jane are all lovely and work really hard to help you sell although extra thanks to Jane who chased things up and got stuff to happen even when the solicitors dropped the ball!

They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! We hope to never move again but if we were to, wouldn’t hesitate to use Irving’s 100%

13th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Avery's came to our rescue when we weren't getting the level of service we wanted from another agent (not informing us of visits and repeatedly and quickly suggesting we lowered the price) and we noticed an immediate positive impact. Their automated system emailed us about every visit and they always gave an update after. Jo was very friendly and professional with viewing details and updates. Daran has a wealth of experience, knows Weston like nobody else, was understanding, professional and positive. Avery's have been we easy to deal with including the ladies in the office who took messages which were always actioned. We sold within 5 months. Thank you all.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!
8th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)A last minute viewing of a property was arranged by Alyssia Norman, who escorted us around herself, answering all our questions (obviously well prepped on the house itself) and giving us excellent information of the local area & events.<br>It was a total surprise to us that she was a new addition to the agency - her enthusiasm and professionalism as a Sales Negotiator was really impressive.<br>Thank you so much.

11th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

He is highly professional and experienced - so much so that we are now selling a second property with him. Being a smaller operation he personally dealt with all aspects of the sale, doing all the viewings and liaison with potential buyers, advising on market conditions, being available by phone to deal with our queries and generally offered a fantastic point of support throughout the process. He kept his eye on the conveyancing too and advised us if things were not moving at an appropriate pace. He is the best estate agent we have ever used. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
25th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Terrible Lettings service! Went through onboarding and agreed on terms and since then they have been messing with me for weeks for a simple residential flat tennacy.<br>Not even answering phones or emails.<br>Can't figure how they are still in business.
