Their approach is subtle rather than pushy! And the recent sale bagged us a better price (even with a reduction) than other agents even valued the house at. I would recommend them without hesitation.
18th May 2026 (27 days ago)We highly recommend Irving’s - they are fantastic from start to finish- so professional but also warm and friendly and caring! They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! We hope to never move again but if we were to, wouldn’t hesitate to use Irving’s 100%
4th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Kieran was very helpful and available to us throughout the sales process, even when he became a father, which is very committed to the cause! Hamptons are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member. He always got back to us when he said he would. There were a couple of problems at the start with the initial engagement contract with Hamptons but these, along with some general issues that I’m sure most, if not all house sales have, were sorted quickly and efficiently by Kieran which is what any seller needs. Thank you :-)

In a particularly challenging market, Adele Baker’s advice and professionalism throughout the process gave me a huge amount of comfort. This continued with the support provided by their sales progressor, Lucy Lingley-Stephens, who kept everything on track and was always available to help with updates to both my solicitor and I.

Gavin who came and took all the photos was very professional as were Sam and, Jack. Sam did all the negotiation in our recent sale after hours on a Friday evening, which was above and beyond. We were kept up to date every month with regular phone calls and emails. I would definitely recommend Westcoast.

13th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Avery's came to our rescue when we weren't getting the level of service we wanted from another agent (not informing us of visits and repeatedly and quickly suggesting we lowered the price) and we noticed an immediate positive impact. Their automated system emailed us about every visit and they always gave an update after. Jo was very friendly and professional with viewing details and updates. Daran has a wealth of experience, knows Weston like nobody else, was understanding, professional and positive. Avery's have been we easy to deal with including the ladies in the office who took messages which were always actioned. We sold within 5 months. Thank you all.

I would only say the hard sell on the mortgage adviser was not needed, but this is minor point. We also loved the welcome pack - a wonderful touch.- 21st May 2026 (24 days ago)We initially planned to go with another agency when selling our house, but Isaac - the new guy in charge of Westbury - asked for us to afford benefit of doubt. He visited very soon thereafter and, before long, we were on the market through Allen and Harris. The whole experience has been fully hands on, diligent and informative. Furthermore, all agents and third parties acting for Allen and Harris were very professional and polite. Their mortgage guy - Harry - managed to get us an AIP within days; something that was not achieved by other brokers over a much longer period. In a nutshell, the whole process has been seamless and painless throughout; culminating in the sale of our property within a very short space of time and at a level which satisfied all concerned. Well done to Isaac and his team!

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

From step 1 we were very pleased with the service we received - Becky was super helpful on our first ever viewing, guiding and reassuring us. She had taken the time to write down lots of information for us so she could answer any of our questions - this is something that we didn’t have with most other estate agents! After we had chosen our property, Sharon and Hannah kept us informed the whole way, checking in with us regularly. We are very grateful for everyone’s time and would 100% recommend buying through Regency!

I even got to view the house a second time to measure up etc.prior to moving in. Very professional lady, everything was dealt with promptly and it was a very smooth, fast and trouble free process. Michael was very accommodating and arranged a viewing for us on the same day. In person he was professional, friendly and genuine, which is hard to come by in this industry. Although we didn't make any offer at this time I would love to still work with him in the future and definitely highly recommend his service.

12th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I cannot express how helpful Sean and the team have been. Totally professional and keen and willing to go above and beyond. And with a genuine smile. They are genuinely happy to be able to help. We bought a house through Fulfords a while back and Sean and the team have been part of the story ever since. The aftercare provided has been brilliant. Our relationship continues long after we got the keys. We have had a little property related issue that we needed some help with. I walked into the office a bit worried. Sean saw my face and smiled when he saw me, sat me down and offered me a cup of tea. He then listened carefully to the problem, and even though it was nothing to do with him, he smiled again and said ‘leave that with me.’ I walked out reassured and smiling. A few hours later Sean phoned me and said, ‘it’s all sorted.’ ???? The on going relationship we have with Sean, his team and the company as a whole is such a nice one, it feels like I’ve made a friend.????
