19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.<br><br>From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.<br><br>One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.<br><br>The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.

We had no experience in selling a property but staff at Slades Southbourne guided us from start to end. I can't highlight the quality of the ads enough, from photos to actual ads being on top of all searches. Unlike the most agencies around the area, they are so accurate with what can be done to finish the deal. Thank you to Dean, Jack and Jeanette.

15th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.

Well firstly, I'm not related to anyone there and they haven't paid me for my review.<br>They are however most definitely worth the 5star review I gave them, especially Ali.<br>They've been nothing less than totally professional, helpful and quick to respond to any questions that arose.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.<br>Many thanks.
14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We chose Fox and Sons as our house failed to sell the previous year and they have been brilliant! They marketed our home well. They are highly professional and all round nice guys and gals! I have no previous experience with selling a home and I always felt that I could ask any question. I have had alot of contact with Peter Bush and he has been brilliant! We asked to be put in touch with their in house Financial Advisor, Gareth Jones who has also helped us so much with the financial sides of things. There is nothing that I could fault with the service that we received and I am glad we went with Fox and Sons. Selling a home is not easy with the way the market is at the moment and I truly believe that had we chosen someone else we would be looking at a second failure to sell our house. Thank you Fox and Sons for all your help.
