And after a lengthy chat with the team at Bond Oxborough Wadebridge it was clear that they offered a difference worth putting trust in. A trust that was rewarded by the service and the attention from every person, from the senior management to the people who are your daily contact in the process. Their knowledge, expertise and advice goes deeper and is more relevant than other agents, previously experienced, and if you are looking of an agent that understands your locality they are well worth appointing.

I was scheduled to view 2 properties, but, Nicole even though running on the edge of time, though another property may be to my liking, so squeezed in the viewing of a vacant property. I liked being given the opportunity to have an extra view without giving up another morning or afternoon. This goes a long way in gaining respect. Rang up to ask gor the link. No link sent. Continued to wait another 45 mins no link sent. Rang twice, No answer, quite annoyed. hasn't filled me with much confidence as a first time buyer. Thanks for wasting my time.
