23rd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Simeon at David Charles promised to sell our house, and indeed he did. Despite some ups and downs, he managed to get it over the line. He communicated very well with us throughout the process, and also worked well with the agents for our onward purchase, ensuring we were always in the loop with what was going on.

18th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Stuart was amazing throughout our process to purchase a retirement property. He assisted us at every stage from initial viewing, offer stage and most importantly in the process to get from offer accepted to completion. We had many hiccups along the way which Stuart was always willing to help us resolve and to chase the lawyers from three sides. Prior to finding this place, we did work with other estate agents and did notice how they were just interested in getting a sale agreed regardless and not assisting thereafter. Stuart was not like that, he understood our needs, helped us without issue when we had to withdraw from one property to another and continued to assist us to final completion for which we are very grateful. Thank you Stuart.
11th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Tony Stanbrook was my estate agent when selling my Auntie and Uncle's house. I chose him out of 3 estate agents because of how he came across - polite, straight to the point, informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him. I've dealt with several other estate agents since when looking to buy a property and they all have come out with lies, sometimes pointless ones, which is just annoying. I definitely appreciate Tony and Blacklers even more now.

3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Used Mischa and Co to sell a house, and subsequently buy/sell a flat to my brother. George handled all the transactions. Was super helpful from start to finish. Went way over and beyond in a number of instances, Inc to organise the right solicitors for us. Communication was regular, clear and concise. Highly recommend. Would only use the this firm in fiture for any property matters. Thanks so much for all your help and making this less stressful. Truly appreciated
7th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)It was great dealing with Infinity, and Kam In particular, who oversaw our sale. We had a lot of holdups on the buyer’s side, which was stressful, but Kam really helped to reassure us and tried to make a rocky process smoother!

He is very professional and right from the offer till the completion (which took around 3 months), he was acting as a bridge between me and the seller, ensuring to resolve all the queries, conflicts and making this happen. At every stage he ensures to be very open and makes sure that we are happy in buying the property. He is very unique, so be very open with him on your needs, concerns, queries and he will help you through the entire process.

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. 3rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.

Holly very very rude not just my reviews others ….. be careful, they will fabricate anything to get you to sign with them . They do not do things right and a name ‘holly is so rude shows no lack of empathy , no customer service , just wants commission and bye.lies lies and more lies DO NOT USE THIS AGENTS FIND A REPUTABLE AGENCY she brings this company into disrepute. Wrote to the owner haven’t heard anything . No knowledgement ( that in itself speaks volumes !!! .
