4th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

23rd Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I contacted John at Keylocks in Newmarket asking if he could do a survey on a property that we were buying. He said that he could and I asked for a level 3 survey, he came back to me with a price, incredibly on a Saturday. He arranged the survey with the vendor via the estate agent, and a week or so the survey was done, which was very comprehensive including pictures of various parts of the property. I must say that john was very professional and said that if I needed his help to contact him. I would throughly recommend his company and services to anyone looking to get a survey done on their property.
22nd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale. I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids. I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice, I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available. Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to. It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them. I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same. DM Norfolk

They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. Several of my property's have also been sold by them with again being very helpful and always on hand to direct and advise. Thank you
27th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)The lady who did the viewing did not show us around the property, barely said anything and acted as if us being there asking questions was an inconvenience. We were so relieved that we were not successful in renting that house so we don't have to have contact with this agency again. Appalling.

Will Mullan was our main point of contact and was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, despite the fact that to this day we have not met in person because of the pandemic! The whole experience was really positive (aided hugely by the lovely couple who sold us the house); with no games being played and clear communication throughout, which I really value. Sadly this has not always been our experience elsewhere! Whenever we had a question, Will was available on email or on the phone. His colleagues who showed us the house and brought us the keys on moving day were also very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended.

11th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)We had an extremely positive experience in buying through S+P. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

28th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.
