From start to finish, the team were incredibly professional and genuinely approachable. We always felt comfortable asking questions, no matter how small. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their helpfulness made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Having the appointments app was great for informing us when people were booked in for viewings. The whatsapp group with Davies was also great for quick responses. Many thanks to Rocco and the rest of the Davies team.

Stuart and Elle are so friendly and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. Can’t recommend them enough to sell your property.
5th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.

19th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Slater Hogg Bishopbriggs. From start to finish, the service and communication were outstanding. A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.
11th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.

9th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!

I had such a positive experience renting through them a few years back. Jessica was very transparent and friendly in the whole process, and helped us establish a good relationship with the landlords right away. This was particularly useful when we needed support with any maintenance during our stay. You can tell that Harrison Jacks genuinely care about their landlords and their tenants alike - I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking to find their new home!

From the very first day of valuing right through to completion, the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online! As a first-time buyer I was quite anxious about the whole process, but the team were consistently helpful, approachable and reassuring throughout. They were always on hand when I needed them and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep things moving. Their advice was professional and straightforward, and they took the time to explain things properly whenever I had questions.
