Even though he didn’t have to, he stepped in and helped us through our buying process while we were selling our property with another estate agent. His guidance, patience, and generosity with his time made such a difference for us. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable and reassuring.
31st Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)While looking for an Estate Agent in Bagshot, to manage the renting of my property, I decided to use Howlands since they’re a local family run property business with the reviews being positive and the prices competitive. I’m really pleased I made this decision with James, Sandy, and Allan providing a very professional service during the 18mth period. Communication was very good with any problems raised by the tenants addressed swiftly which provided peace of mind. Due to Howlands being a family run business they go the extra mile and ensure they offer a positive experience. Based off the positive experience I subsequently used Howlands for the sale of the property which also worked out very well. The photos of the property showcased the house very positively with the video walk-through organised by James also looking great. During the conveyancing process James and Allan did an excellent job with providing regular updates and managing the communication between the sellers. I’d thoroughly recommend using Howlands for renting, selling, or buying a property in the Bagshot area with it even more important to support this great local business.
15th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I had an excellent experience renting a rural property in West Sussex through Batcheller Monkhouse, and in particular working with Emma Bagnall. From start to finish, Emma has been outstanding. She handled everything with professionalism, clarity and genuine care. She was consistently responsive, keeping us informed, and taking the time to explain next steps and provide reassurance. Emma was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also thoughtful and supportive. It genuinely felt like she was invested in helping us secure the right home. Thanks to her guidance and efficient management, we are now moving into what truly feels like a dream home, and I’m very grateful for her role in making that happen. I would highly recommend Emma and the Batcheller Monkhouse team to anyone looking to rent in the area!

8th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)The communication with the staff (Hayley) was first rate. Not only was she knowledgeable about selling my property but she was a mine of information on areas I was unfamiliar with. This sale was my mother’s home before she passed and I was clueless!
10th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Not a great experience - spoke to lady on the phone who was not overly helpful. Was not able to give a rough commission % because apparently they don’t do this over the phone. This is fine but have spoke to multiple other estate agents that have been a lot more helpful and have told us if they are able to match the % rate of the current estate agent we are with, or at least give a rough estimate % before organising an appointment to visit us. Didn’t want to waste ours, or their time by scheduling an appointment for them to come out and then find out that it is a high commission rate, for us to then not go ahead. Just a little bit frustrating.

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way. A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly. Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again.. A big thank you to the uckfield branch of Peter Oliver.

29th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)I was selling an empty property so after a few people said the main bedroom was a little small I had to suggest to the agency to add furniture in the photos so people could Visualise how big and how much furniture you could actually fit in the bedroom. So after that was done the viewings picked up and I found a buyer .

10th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

Jacob especially helped to keep us informed in the whole process of buying our house! And was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. 6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.
